Abstract
一种铝厂车间与外排泵、隔膜泵配套使用的合金轴，在轴表面易磨损处装有一段耐磨合金层，合金层与轴本体采用过盈热镶装装配，有良好的密封性及耐磨性，可大大减轻轴工作时的磨耗程度，延长了耐磨合金轴的使用寿命。

所属技术领域：
本实用新型涉及到外排泵、隔膜泵配套使用的一种耐磨轴，尤其是铝厂使用比较多，使用过程中减少对其的磨耗、保障了密封效果。
背景技术：
目前，公知的轴易磨损，使用寿命短，磨耗快造成密封性能差，且拆卸易结疤，减短了使用周期，轴的更换频繁快，降低了生产效率，且浪费人力、资力。
发明内容：
为了克服现有轴的磨耗快、使用寿命短的缺陷，本使用新型提供一种合金耐磨轴，在轴的磨损处外表面，装有一段合金耐磨层，其中耐磨层采用合金材质，轴本体采用钢材质，耐磨合金层与轴本体配合采用过盈热装紧配合。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：在轴需耐磨的一端，采用热镶装方式装有有一定厚度的耐磨合金管套在轴本体上，它们结合处可采用焊接达到很好的配合，轴表面有很高的光洁度，能达到很好的耐磨效果及密封效果，采用材质是合金，可大大提高了对轴的耐磨性，达到磨耗小、使用寿命长的目的。
本实用新型的有益效果是：合金与轴配合采用热镶装紧配合，表面采用磨床加工过又抛光，具有良好的光洁度达到密封严密，减少磨损，大大提高了轴的耐磨性、冲击力及强度。

1.一种耐磨合金轴，其特征是：在轴的磨损处外表面，装有一段合金耐磨层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨合金轴，其特征是：耐磨合金层与轴本体配合采用过盈热装紧配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨合金轴，其特征是：耐磨层采用合金材质。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨合金轴，其特征是：轴本体采用钢材质。
