技术领域
本实用新型涉及出油接头铆合辅助装置。
背景技术
用在液压系统中的出油接头是个关键件。它的总成是由出油接头体(见图一)和油咀(又称密封环)铆合而成。铆合的方法不当会导致漏油。最初的铆合是使用自制的钢棒用铁榔头敲击进行铆合。这种操作易使出油接头体丝扣损坏，油咀(密封环)拉毛、不正、不到位，漏油，报废严重。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种出油接头铆合辅助装置，可以消除以上存在的问题，既能保证出油接头的铆合质量，又能保证数量，还不会浪费。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
出油接头铆合辅助装置，包括有与气缸连接的圆螺母、下模座，下模座上固定安装有下模头，下模头放置有待铆合的密封环、出油接头，密封环的内孔套置于下模头的上端。
本实用新型可以消除以上存在的问题，既能保证出油接头的铆合质量，又能保证数量，还不会浪费。

1.出油接头铆合辅助装置，其特征在于：包括有与气缸连接的圆螺母、下模座，下模座上固定安装有下模头，下模头放置有待铆合的密封环、出油接头，密封环的内孔套置于下模头的上端。
