本实用新型公开了一种集装箱中间扭锁，其包括锁壳和锁芯，锁芯包括锁芯杆以及安装在锁芯杆两端的上锁头和下锁头，其中锁芯杆位于锁壳内，而上、下锁头伸出锁壳上下两端，在锁芯杆中部横向设有手柄，锁壳侧壁上开有与锁壳内腔相通的扇形开口，手柄由扇形开口伸出。本实用新型通过上、下锁头与集装箱对应位置的开孔相配合，当通过手柄将锁芯杆旋转一个角度时，上下锁头与集装箱的开孔锁止。由于本实用新型的主体只是采用了相对较少的零部件，且结构尺寸相对现有技术大幅缩小，不仅降低了成本，而且使得操作也更方便。

背景技术
集装箱中间扭锁的作用是将集装箱底部的4个角通过扭锁固定在舱盖板或者下层的集装箱顶部，以防止集装箱在运输途中颠簸移位。现有的中间扭锁外形显得极为笨重，操作的时候就比较吃力。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构外形小巧简单，操作方便的集装箱中间扭锁。
本实用新型所述的集装箱中间扭锁，其包括锁壳和锁芯，锁芯包括锁芯杆以及安装在锁芯杆两端的上锁头和下锁头，其中锁芯杆位于锁壳内，而上、下锁头伸出锁壳上下两端，且上锁头和下锁头的轴线相互错开，在锁芯杆中部横向设有手柄，锁壳侧壁上开有与锁壳内腔相通的扇形开口，手柄由扇形开口伸出。
所述手柄轴线与上、下锁头轴线之间偏移一个角度。
本实用新型通过上、下锁头与集装箱对应位置的开孔相配合，当通过手柄将锁芯杆旋转一个角度时，上下锁头与集装箱的开孔锁止。由于本实用新型的主体只是采用了相对较少的零部件，且结构尺寸相对现有技术大幅缩小，不仅降低了成本，而且使得操作也更方便。

如图1和图2所示，本实用新型的集装箱中间扭锁，其主要包括锁壳1和锁芯2，锁芯2（图3）包括锁芯杆5以及安装在锁芯杆5两端的上锁头3和下锁头4，其中锁芯杆5位于锁壳1内，而上、下锁头伸出锁壳1上下两端，且上锁头3和下锁头4的轴线相互错开，形成错位锁芯，在锁芯杆5中部横向设有手柄6，锁壳1侧壁上开有与锁壳内腔相通的扇形开口，手柄6由扇形开口伸出，且手柄6轴线与上、下锁头轴线之间偏移一个角度。

1.一种集装箱中间扭锁，其特征在于包括锁壳（1）和锁芯（2），锁芯（2）包括锁芯杆（5）以及安装在锁芯杆（5）两端的上锁头（3）和下锁头（4），其中锁芯杆（5）位于锁壳（1）内，而上、下锁头伸出锁壳（1）上下两端，且上锁头（3）和下锁头（4）的轴线相互错开，在锁芯杆（5）中部横向设有手柄（6），锁壳（1）侧壁上开有与锁壳内腔相通的扇形开口，手柄（6）由扇形开口伸出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的集装箱中间扭锁，其特征在于所述手柄（6）轴线与上、下锁头轴线之间偏移一个角度。
