本实用新型涉及一次性锁合工具技术领域，具体涉及一种用于油罐车、邮政包裹和货柜车封锁等封签的封车条。
背景技术
封车条被广泛地应用于油罐车、邮政包裹和货柜车等的封锁封签，封车条为塑料条状结构，塑料条一端表面设置卡齿，塑料条另一端设置具有锁舌的锁芯，具有卡齿的一端可弯曲穿过前方的锁芯并形成环装，卡齿可以与锁芯里面的锁舌密合来实现锁紧功能。现有的封车条虽然是指示性锁具，但是其容易被破坏，且有不留下痕迹的可能；其他安全性能较高的塑料封条结构相对复杂，组装困难，不能完全满足客户的需求。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种封车条，以解决现有技术存在的结构容易被破坏和结构复杂的问题。
本实用新型的本体为一个塑料条，塑料条包括锁杆和锁盘，锁盘上设置锁芯，锁杆前端设置锁头，解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是锁芯为上下双锁扣结构，锁芯壳体内部由上而下分别设置小锁芯、大锁芯和底盖，锁头相应于锁芯也具有双层塔式锁头结构。
上述锁头后部的锁杆上下表面设置若干摩擦块。
本实用新型分别在锁杆和锁盘上设置双层塔式锁头和双锁扣结构的锁芯，实现了封车条的二次锁合，提高了封车条的安全性能，具有结构简单、使用方便和锁合性能高的优点。

如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6和图7所示，一种封车条，本体为一个塑料条，塑料条包括锁杆1和锁盘2，锁盘2上设置锁芯3，锁杆1前端设置锁头4，锁芯3为上下双锁扣结构，锁芯壳体31内部由上而下分别设置小锁芯32、大锁芯33和底盖34，大锁芯和小锁芯都具有环形卡扣结构，锁头4相应于锁芯3也具有双层塔式锁头结构，锁头4后部的锁杆1上下表面设置若干摩擦块5。

1.一种封车条，本体为一个塑料条，塑料条包括锁杆和锁盘，锁盘上设置锁芯，锁杆前端设置锁头，其特征是锁芯为上下双锁扣结构，锁芯壳体内部由上而下分别设置小锁芯、大锁芯和底盖，锁头相应于锁芯也具有双层塔式锁头结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的封车条，其特征是锁头后部的锁杆上下表面设置若干摩擦块。
