本实用新型涉及一种用于电机定转子外圆车加工的夹具。
背景技术
现有用于电机定转子外圆车加工的夹具是采用与定子或转子内孔配磨芯轴并从端面夹紧形式装夹工件的,这种夹具的缺点是:1、装夹工件劳动强度大,而且效率低;2、加工精度低,而且随着夹具工作表面的磨损,加工精度越来越低3、使用寿命短,成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种加工精度高、操作简单、装夹劳动强度低、效率高、使用寿命长的电机定转子外圆车加工的内圆胀夹具。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种电机定转子外圆车加工的内圆胀夹具,其特征在于:包括有夹具体、薄壁套、压胀螺栓、密封螺栓,所述薄壁套与夹具体为热套装配,两者之间有8~10mm的间隙,其间隙里充满液态塑料,在夹具体的二端设有2个闷头。
本实用新型通过拧紧压胀螺栓,挤压液态塑料,使薄壁套薄壁处沿径向向外胀开,从而夹紧定子或转子,具有加工精度高、操作简单、装夹劳动强度低、效率高、使用寿命长等优点。

从图1可知,本实用新型电机定转子外圆车加工的内圆胀夹具,包括有夹具体1、薄壁套3、压胀螺栓7、密封螺栓2,其中薄壁套3与夹具体1为热套装配,两者之间有8~10mm的间隙,其间隙里充满液态塑料4,在夹具体1的二端设有2个闷头6。
工作原理:将电机定子放入本实用新型的夹具体1,将液态塑料通过压胀螺栓孔灌入薄壁套与夹具体之间的间隙;通过压胀螺栓挤压液态塑料,挤压力通过液态塑料传递到薄壁套薄壁处,薄壁套薄壁处沿径向向外胀开,从而夹紧工件,密封螺栓用于在灌注液态塑料时排气,灌满后又起堵塞作用。
