手推车被普遍应用于超市、商场以及生产流水线上,手推车所用脚轮轮毂既有采用铁质材料制作,也有选用铝材制作的,一般的长圆柱滚子轴承的滚子与轮毂面是直接接触的,由于铝材相对铁质材料来说较软,铝材制作的轮毂使用时容易受到滚子转动的所造成的磨损,同时铝制轮毂装配精度要求较高。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术中之不足,提供一种高精度长圆柱滚子轴承,以提高轴承装配精度,防止使用时轴承滚子转动对铝制轮毂造成的磨损。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种高精度长圆柱滚子轴承,包括保持架和滚子,滚子可滚动环形均布在保持架上,所述的滚子外围设有拉伸外壳,拉伸外壳内表面与滚子滚动接触。
