传统的重型卡车水箱包括侧板、散热带、散热管、主片、上水室和下水室，上水室和下水室上下对应设置，所述散热管和散热带均有若干支，若干支散热管和散热带横向并列连接于水箱上水室与下水室之间，且所述散热管与散热带间隔布置，两块侧板分别安装在整个散热管和散热带的外侧的两边，由于上水室和下水室有由塑料制成，这种塑料制品的老化问题始终是目前无法攻克的难题，所以水箱寿命比较短，用户维护使用成本高，而且目前塑料的回收不到位，造成的污染相当的严重，很不环保。

针对上述缺点，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能提高水箱的使用寿命、减少塑料制造对环境的污染、降低用户维护使用成本的全铝合金的重型卡车水箱。
本实用新型的技术内容为，一种全铝合金的重型卡车水箱，包括上水室、下水室、侧板、散热带、散热管和主片，其特征是上水室包括U形铝条、堵头和进水管，堵头安装在U形铝条的两端头，进水管安装在U形铝条上并和U形铝条内腔相通；下水室包括U形铝条、堵头和出水管，堵头安装在U形铝条的两端头，出水管安装在U形铝条上并和U形铝条内腔相通。
本实用新型与现有技术相比所具有的优点为：通过上水室和下水室的结构的改变，可使上水室和下水室由全铝合金制成，使重型卡车水箱整个产品都为全铝合金，使其比原来的产品更轻便，强度较高；由此大大提高水箱的使用寿命,减少塑料制造对环境的污染,降低用户的使用成本。

如图1和图2所示，一种全铝合金的重型卡车水箱，包括上水室1、下水室2、侧板3、散热带4、散热管5和主片6，其特征是上水室1包括U形铝条1.1、堵头1.2和进水管1.3，堵头1.2安装在U形铝条1.1的两端头，进水管1.3安装在U形铝条1.1上并和U形铝条1.1内腔相通；下水室2包括U形铝条2.1、堵头2.2和出水管2.3，堵头2.2安装在U形铝条2.1的两端头，出水管2.3安装在U形铝条2.1上并和U形铝条2.1内腔相通。

1.一种全铝合金的重型卡车水箱，包括上水室(1)、下水室(2)、侧板(3)、散热带(4)、散热管(5)和主片(6)，其特征是上水室(1)包括U形铝条(1.1)、堵头(1.2)和进水管(1.3)，堵头(1.2)安装在U形铝条(1.1)的两端头，进水管(1.3)安装在U形铝条(1.1)上并和U形铝条(1.1)内腔相通；下水室(2)包括U形铝条(2.1)、堵头(2.2)和出水管(2.3)，堵头(2.2)安装在U形铝条(2.1)的两端头，出水管(2.3)安装在U形铝条(2.1)上并和U形铝条(2.1)内腔相通。
