背景技术
转炉出钢口寿命一般在200-300次左右,到期后需要把旧的出钢口钻掉,更换新出钢口。钻出钢口时间直接影响转炉生产周期。以前转炉使用普通碳钢钻头,钻出钢口时间长且形状不均匀,钻头本身寿命也很短。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点,本实用新型提供一种转炉出钢口钻头,它钻削速度快,出钢口均匀,使用寿命长。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:钻头本体为锥形,前端固定导向轴,后端固定钻柄,钻头本体的锥边上固定一行钻牙。
所述的钻头本体有两个,垂直固定,其上的钻牙相互错开,以提高钻削速度。
所述的钻头本体的材料为钨钼高碳合钢,钻牙的材料为陶瓷。
所述的钻牙低温镶嵌在钻头本体上,使得钻牙在高温工作时膨胀不易脱落。
本实用新型具有钻削速度快、出钢口均匀、使用寿命长的优点。

具体实施方式
天车的大车采用双变频四台电机驱动,主小车由两台电机驱动,副小车由一台电机驱动。
如附图所示,钻头本体2为锥形,前端固定导向轴4,后端固定钻柄1,钻头本体2的锥边上固定一行钻牙3。
所述的钻头本体2有两个,垂直固定,其上的钻牙3、5相互错开,以提高钻削速度。
所述的钻头本体2的材料为钨钼高碳合钢,钻牙3、5的材料为陶瓷。
所述的钻牙3、5低温镶嵌在钻头本体2上,使得钻牙3、5在高温工作时膨胀不易脱落。

1.一种转炉出钢口钻头,其特征在于:钻头本体(2)为锥形,前端固定导向轴(4),后端固定钻柄(1),钻头本体(2)的锥边上固定一行钻牙(3)。

3.根据权利要求2所述的转炉出钢口钻头,其特征在于:所述的钻头本体(2)的材料为钨钼高碳合钢,钻牙(3、5)的材料为陶瓷。
