本实用新型涉及皮带机，尤其是一种皮带机的断煤报警装置。
背景技术
皮带机是一种通用机械，广泛应用于工厂的物料运送。皮带机也常用来运煤，煤从下煤斗下落到皮带机上，皮带机再运送至预定的位置。由于生产上各种因素的存在，使得从下煤斗落入到皮带机皮带上的煤经常出现断料的情况，如果不能及时采取措施，将会给生产带来影响，现有的运煤皮带机没有报警装置，因此存在安全性不高的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是解决运煤皮带机出现断料情况时不能及时报警，安全性不高的问题。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：带断煤报警器的皮带机，它包括皮带机、位于皮带机上方的下煤斗，其特征是它还包括断煤报警器，所述的断煤报警器包括设有报警器的报警电路和启动报警电路的触发器，所述的报警电路上设有接近开关，接近开关固定在下煤斗内侧外壁上，触发器包括安装板和触发板，安装板固定在下煤斗外壁接近开关的上方，触发板与安装板铰接，触发板高度大于皮带机煤层上表面与安装板之间的距离，小于皮带机皮带上表面与安装板之间的距离，使得断煤时触发板因重力转动触动接近开关启动报警电路，使报警器报警。
采用上述技术方案，在皮带机正常运行时，下落在皮带上的煤层将触发板带起，使触发板始终处于倾斜状态，接触不了报警装置的接近开关，当皮带机上出现断煤情况时，触发板将会因重力自然回落，将接触接近开关，从而启动报警装置，提醒操作人员皮带机出现断料情况。
本实用新型有益效果是：由于本实用新型采用在皮带机上设置断煤报警装置，使得断煤情况及时反馈给操作人员解决问题，保证生产正常运行，因此本实用新型增强了皮带机的安全性。

带断煤报警器的皮带机，如图1所示，它包括皮带机5、位于皮带机5上方的下煤斗1，它还包括断煤报警器，断煤报警器包括设有报警器6的报警电路和启动报警电路的触发器，报警电路如图2所示，报警电路上设有接近开关3，接近开关3固定在下煤斗1内侧外壁上，触发器包括安装板2和触发板4，安装板2固定在下煤斗1外壁接近开关3的上方，触发板4与安装板2铰接，触发板4高度大于皮带机5煤层上表面与安装板2之间的距离，小于皮带机5皮带上表面与安装板2之间的距离，使得断煤时触发板4因重力转动触动接近开关启动报警电路，使报警器6报警。
