一种降噪式免拆卸连接套，包括连接套、紧固胶、橡胶套、固定板、弹性橡胶、安装板。在连接套内部，加工出内螺纹；在连接套一端，用胶粘贴上弹性橡胶；在连接套外部，加工出一圈三角形凹槽。使用时，先给连接套外层涂上一层紧固胶，然后套上内有三角形凸棱的橡胶套，确保橡胶套的凸棱嵌在连接套的凹槽中。固定好弹性橡胶的连接套穿进固定板的孔中，用螺栓旋进连接套即可固定安装板，弹性橡胶与安装板接触的端面高出连接套端面，从而避免了连接套与安装板之间的刚性接触。本实用新型可有效降噪，安装方便，免拆卸，不会掉落。

背景技术
目前，大多数工程机械上钢板与钢板或者钢板与橡胶件之间，都是通过螺栓与螺母紧固连接，如果出现螺母松动，就会导致两个连接件之间出现振动或者碰撞噪音；同时，在狭小空间内，安装或拆卸螺母很不方便，螺母也容易在拆卸或安装时不慎掉落。
发明内容
为了避免碰撞噪音产生，本实用新型提供一种降噪式免拆卸连接套，该连接套降噪效果好，安装方便，而且一次性安装好后免拆卸，不会掉落。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种降噪式免拆卸连接套，包括连接套、紧固胶、橡胶套、固定板、弹性橡胶、安装板。在连接套内部，加工出内螺纹；在连接套一端，用胶粘贴上弹性橡胶；在连接套外部，加工出一圈三角形凹槽。使用时，先给连接套外层涂上一层紧固胶，然后套上内有三角形凸棱的橡胶套，确保橡胶套的凸棱嵌在连接套的凹槽中。固定好弹性橡胶的连接套穿进固定板的孔中，用螺栓旋进连接套即可固定安装板，弹性橡胶与安装板接触的端面高出连接套端面，从而避免了连接套与安装板之间的刚性接触。
本实用新型的有益效果是：可以有效降低碰撞噪音，安装方便，免拆卸，不会掉落。

图1中所示实施例，一种降噪式免拆卸连接套，包括连接套(1)、紧固胶(2)、橡胶套(3)、固定板(4)、弹性橡胶(5)、安装板(6)。在连接套(1)内部，加工出内螺纹，在连接套(1)一端，用胶粘贴上弹性橡胶(5)，在连接套(1)外部，加工出一圈三角形凹槽。使用时，先给连接套(1)外层涂上一层紧固胶(2)，然后套上内有三角形凸棱的橡胶套(3)，确保橡胶套(3)的凸棱嵌在连接套(1)的凹槽中，然后把固定好弹性橡胶(5)的连接套(1)穿进固定板(4)的孔中。用螺栓旋进连接套(1)即可固定安装板(6)，弹性橡胶(5)与安装板(6)接触的端面高出连接套(1)端面，从而避免了连接套(1)与安装板(6)之间的刚性接触。本实用新型可以有效降低碰撞噪音，安装方便，免拆卸，不会掉落。
