背景技术
抛光机在工作中，通过输送带将所需要加工的工件来回穿过砂轮等抛光设备，通常都需要一种能够将工件固定于输送带之上的部件。但是，工件在满足相对固定的情况下，仍然需要随着输送带的传动而运动。因此设计一种满足既能使其相对固定，又不影响其抛光效果的紧固件，意义十分重大。

本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种抛光机固定工件模块，用于将工件固定于抛光机工作台表面，它是由压辊、压紧螺杆、压辊支撑架和螺母组成，压紧螺杆焊接在压辊轴承的端部，压紧螺杆穿过压辊支撑架顶部，通过螺母固定，压紧螺杆外部套有弹簧。
本实用新型一种抛光机固定工件模块，通过上述设置，既可以使工件相对固定于工作台表面，还可以随着输送带的传动而运动，从而对抛光操作带来极为有利的益处。

如图1所示，一种抛光机固定工件模块，由压辊4、压紧螺杆6、压辊支撑架3和螺母8组成，压紧螺杆6焊接在压辊轴承5的端部，压紧螺杆6套入一个弹簧7，再穿过压辊支撑架3的顶部，并通过螺母8固定锁紧吗，即可将工件2固定于抛光机工作台1的表面。
由于采用带轴承的压辊和弹簧，既可以使工件很牢固地固定于抛光机工作台表面，还可以随着输送带的传动而运动，满足抛光操作的需要。
