一种热泵鞋帮烘箱，由箱体与热泵主机组成，在箱体的下部由上而下依次设置搁物网架、电辅加热器、毛细管冷凝器及风机系统，在箱体的前侧设若干操作口，热泵主机由介质导管与毛细管冷凝器相连。采用热泵作为鞋帮烘箱的热源，能耗低，由风机系统向上吹拂散热，热量可直接对流加热鞋帮，比原电热管向下辐射加热效率高。

本实用新型涉及制鞋工业烘干设备，尤其是一种热泵鞋帮烘箱。
背景技术
目前在布鞋制造行业，公知和普遍采用的鞋帮烘干设备是一长方形烘箱，一侧设立数个操作口。箱内上部悬挂若干电热管。因结构简单，大部分厂家自制。该设备没有统一的功率标准，各厂家凭经验自行安装电热管，在不到半立方米的容积内，有的装机功率6KW，有的装机功率12KW，使一个看似不起眼的小设备变成了一个高耗能的设备，还潜伏有漏电的安全隐患。
发明内容
为了解决现有鞋帮烘箱能耗大和安装电热管不规范的弊端，本实用新型提供一种利用热泵为热源的烘干设备，以达到操作安全，加热均匀，大幅度降低能耗的目的。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种热泵鞋帮烘箱，由箱体与热泵主机组成，在箱体的下部由上而下依次设置搁物网架、电辅加热器、毛细管冷凝器及风机系统，在箱体的前侧设若干操作口，热泵主机由介质导管与毛细管冷凝器相连。
本实用新型的有益效果是，采用热泵作为鞋帮烘箱的热源，能耗低，由风机系统向上吹拂散热，热量可直接对流加热鞋帮，比原电热管向下辐射加热效率高。

图1中，在箱体(1)的下部由上而下依次设置搁物网架(4)，电辅加热器(5)，毛细管冷凝器(3)及风机系统(6)，在箱体(1)的前侧设若干操作口(7)，热泵主机(2)由介质导管(8)与毛细管冷凝器(3)相连。
