本实用新型公开了一种柔性扁平线缆(1),其包括:若干横向平行间隔排列的导体(21)及包覆于若干导体外的绝缘体(22),所述绝缘体的上表面(221)设有一缺部(222)使若干导体在纵长方向上的一段露出于绝缘体的上表面,所述柔性扁平线缆还包括形成于绝缘体上表面的第一绝缘层(23)、第二绝缘层(24)及金属层(25),所述第一、第二绝缘层及金属层由里向外依次排列,所述第一绝缘层的材料与第二绝缘层的材料不同。

柔性扁平线缆
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种柔性扁平线缆,尤指一种具有较佳特性阻抗的柔性扁平线缆。
【背景技术】
中国发明专利申请号第200410004696.1号揭示了一种柔性扁平线缆,该柔性扁平线缆已作为LVDS信号线广泛的应用于液晶显示器(LCD Monitor)内部,其特性阻抗在85-115Ω之间。然而目前柔性扁平线缆作为LVDS信号线已广泛的应用于液晶电视(LCD TV)、笔记本电脑(Notebook)、打印机(Printer)、扫描仪(Scanner)等电子设备,上述电子设备对于特性阻抗的要求不完全相同,因此特性阻抗在85-115Ω之间的柔性扁平线缆可能已不能应用到上述各种电子设备。
是以,需要一种改进的柔性扁平线缆来克服现有技术的不足。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种通过自身结构来调整和控制特性阻抗的柔性扁平线缆。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种柔性扁平线缆,其包括:若干横向平行间隔排列的导体及包覆于若干导体外的绝缘体,所述绝缘体的上表面设有一缺部使若干导体在纵长方向上的一段露出于绝缘体的上表面,所述柔性扁平线缆还包括形成于绝缘体上表面的第一绝缘层、第二绝缘层及金属层,所述第一、第二绝缘层及金属层由里向外依次排列,所述第一绝缘层的材料与第二绝缘层的材料不同。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型柔性扁平线缆的优点在于:不用调整银浆的遮蔽率,通过使用不同材料的两个绝缘层来实现柔性扁平线缆的特性阻抗从而使柔性扁平线缆易于制造。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图3,本实用新型柔性扁平线缆1包括若干横向平行间隔排列的导体21及包覆于若干导体21外的绝缘体22。柔性扁平线缆2绝缘体22的上表面221设有一缺部222使若干导体21在纵长方向上的一段全部露出于绝缘体22的上表面,若干导体21的一右侧自由端上仍被绝缘体22包覆。柔性扁平线缆2绝缘体22的下表面223设有一缺部224使若干导体21在纵长方向上的一段全部露出于绝缘体22的下表面223,若干导体21的左侧自由端上也被绝缘体22包覆。绝缘体22的两个缺部222,224分别靠近柔性扁平线缆2的两个自由端。
请参阅图3,柔性扁平线缆1的上、下表面221,223上分别由内而外依次贴有第一绝缘层23、第二绝缘层24及一层银浆25,两个绝缘层23,24的材料不同,每一层银浆25分别涂布于个第二绝缘层24的外表面。另外,每一层银浆25的外表面上还遮蔽一层透明的光油26,该光油26用来保护银浆25。两个绝缘层23,24的材料可以为聚苯二甲酸乙二醇脂(PET),聚酰亚胺(Polyimide)或聚烯烃树脂等。
需要说明的是,由于柔性扁平线缆1上第一、第二绝缘层23,24使用不同的材料,这样的设计可以调整和控制柔性扁平线缆1的特性阻抗在70Ω-130Ω之间,从而使柔性扁平线缆1在不同电子设备内均能够应用。

Claims (6)

1.一种柔性扁平线缆,其包括:若干横向平行间隔排列的导体及包覆于若干导体外的绝缘体,所述绝缘体的上表面设有一缺部使若干导体在纵长方向上的一段露出于绝缘体的上表面,其特征在于:所述柔性扁平线缆还包括形成于绝缘体上表面的第一绝缘层、第二绝缘层及金属层,所述第一、第二绝缘层及金属层由里向外依次排列,所述第一绝缘层的材料与第二绝缘层的材料不同。
2.如权利要求1所述的柔性扁平线缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘体的下表面上也设有一缺部使若干导体在纵长方向上的一段露出于绝缘体的下表面。
3.如权利要求2所述的柔性扁平线缆,其特征在于:所述柔性扁平线缆还包括形成于绝缘体下表面的第一绝缘层、第二绝缘层及金属层,所述第一、第二绝缘层及金属层由里向外依次排列。
4.如权利要求1或3所述的柔性扁平线缆,其特征在于:所述柔性扁平线缆还包括遮蔽金属层的光油层。
5.如权利要求2所述的柔性扁平线缆,其特征在于:所述柔性扁平线缆的两个缺部分别靠近柔性扁平线缆的两个自由端。
6.如权利要求1或3所述的柔性扁平线缆,其特征在于:所述金属层为一层银浆。
