the core processing unit receives the detection information and/or the monitoring data and/or the alarm information sent by each monitoring unit and sends the detection information and/or the monitoring data and/or the alarm information to the management control unit according to the requirement; receiving a control instruction sent by the management control unit and forwarding the control instruction to a specified monitoring unit;
the water and gas leakage monitoring unit is connected with the core processing unit and is used for acquiring detection information representing water or gas leakage of water and gas supply pipelines in the building, responding to the detection information, sending alarm information to the core processing unit and closing corresponding fault valves;
the fire-fighting linkage monitoring unit is connected with the core processing unit and is used for acquiring detection information of the smoke and fire detection device and sending an alarm signal to the core processing unit according to the detection information; the system comprises a core processing unit, a control unit and a control unit, wherein the core processing unit is used for receiving a control instruction of the core processing unit and sending a control signal to corresponding fire fighting equipment according to the control instruction;
the security monitoring unit is connected with the core processing unit and used for acquiring monitoring data of security monitoring equipment and sending the monitoring data to the core processing unit; the security equipment is used for receiving a control instruction of the core processing unit and sending a control signal to corresponding security equipment according to the control instruction;
the public basic equipment monitoring unit is connected with the core processing unit and is used for acquiring detection information representing the working state of public basic equipment, generating alarm information according to the detection information and sending the alarm information and/or the detection information to the core processing unit; the control unit is used for receiving the control instruction of the core processing unit and sending a control signal to corresponding public basic equipment according to the control instruction;
the environment quality monitoring unit is connected with the core processing unit and is used for acquiring detection information of temperature and humidity adjusting equipment and air quality adjusting equipment in the building, generating alarm information according to the detection information and sending the alarm information and/or the detection information to the core processing unit; the control device is used for receiving the control instruction of the core processing unit and sending a control signal to corresponding temperature, humidity and air quality adjusting equipment according to the control instruction;
the alarm management unit is connected with the core processing unit and used for selecting an alarm mode according to the level of an alarm event in the alarm information to generate an alarm signal and providing the alarm signal for a manager.
2. The building information integrated management system of claim 1, wherein said common infrastructure equipment monitoring unit further comprises:
the power supply and distribution monitoring subunit is connected with power supply and distribution equipment and a monitoring device thereof in the building and is used for acquiring voltage and current sampling data of the power supply and distribution equipment, generating alarm information according to the sampling data and sending the sampling data and the alarm information to the core processing unit; receiving a control instruction sent by the core processing unit, and sending a control signal to corresponding power supply and distribution equipment according to the control instruction;
the water supply and drainage monitoring subunit is connected with water supply and drainage equipment and a monitoring device thereof in the building, the monitoring device acquires sampling information representing the water level, the water pressure and the flow of the water supply and drainage equipment, alarm information is generated according to the sampling information, and the sampling information and the alarm information are sent to the core processing unit together; receiving a control instruction sent by the core processing unit, and sending a control signal to corresponding water supply and drainage equipment according to the control instruction; and the number of the first and second groups,
the monitoring device acquires sampling information representing the working state of the lighting equipment, generates alarm information according to the sampling information, and sends the alarm information and/or the sampling information to the core processing unit; receiving a control instruction sent by the core processing unit, and sending a control signal to corresponding lighting equipment according to the control instruction;
the monitoring device acquires sampling information representing the running state of the elevator, generates alarm information according to the sampling information, and sends the alarm information and/or the sampling information to the core processing unit; and receiving the control command sent by the core processing unit, and sending a control signal to corresponding elevator equipment according to the control command.
3. The building information integrated management system of claim 1, wherein said environment quality monitoring unit further comprises:
the air conditioner monitoring subunit is connected with air conditioning equipment and a monitoring device thereof in the building, the monitoring device acquires parameters representing the running condition of the air conditioner, generates alarm information according to the parameters and sends the alarm information and/or the parameters to the core processing unit; receiving a control instruction sent by the core processing unit, and sending a control signal to corresponding air conditioning equipment according to the control instruction so as to remotely switch on and off or modify air conditioner setting parameters;
the heating monitoring subunit is connected with heating boiler equipment and a monitoring device thereof in the building, the monitoring device acquires field parameters representing the operating condition of the boiler, generates alarm information according to the parameters and sends the alarm information and/or the parameters to the core processing unit; receiving a control instruction sent by the core processing unit, and sending a control signal to corresponding air conditioning equipment according to the control instruction so as to remotely switch on and off or modify boiler setting parameters;
the fresh air and exhaust monitoring subunit is connected with an air inlet and outlet door control device in the building; and responding to a control instruction sent by the core processing unit, and sending opening and/or closing control signals to the air inlet and outlet doors.

The building information integrated management system of claim 1, wherein said system further comprises: the audio and video equipment monitoring unit is connected with the core processing unit, the in-building voice communication equipment and the video equipment, and is used for acquiring the detection information of the working states of the voice communication equipment and the video equipment and sending the detection information to the core processing unit; and receiving a control instruction of the core processing unit, and sending a control signal to corresponding voice communication equipment and video equipment according to the control instruction.
5. The building information integrated management system of claim 1, wherein said system further comprises: a broadcasting unit; the broadcasting unit is connected with the core processing unit and audio playing equipment in the building, and is used for receiving the control instruction of the core processing unit and controlling the audio playing equipment to play corresponding audio information according to the control instruction.

The building information integrated management system of claim 1, wherein said system further comprises: a data storage unit; the data storage unit is connected with the core processing unit and is used for storing the alarm information and/or the detection information and/or the data acquired by each monitoring unit of the core processing unit.
7. A building information integrated management system as claimed in any one of claims 1-6, wherein said management control unit is a server and said communication unit is a network communication module.
8. A building information integrated management system according to any one of claims 1-6, characterized in that said management control unit is a mobile phone and said communication unit is a GPRS and/or 3G communication module.
