本实用新型公开了一种内齿弹性垫圈。旨在提供一种弹性好、防松效果好的内齿弹性垫圈。它是环形的垫圈，其特征是在垫圈内孔的四周制有多个自垫圈中心放射形的切口，形成相互紧挨的内齿，内齿顶端相对垫圈平面逆时针扭转15-30度。该实用新型由于在垫圈的整个内圈都设有扭转的弹性齿，故该垫圈弹性好，防松效果好。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种紧固件，更具体地说涉及一种内齿弹性垫圈。
背景技术
现有的GB861.1-87内齿锁紧垫圈如同内齿轮，在向中心孔伸的各内齿顶端相对垫圈平面逆时针扭转15-30度。如图1、图2所示。这样的结构弹性差，对于在振动大的机械设备上使用容易松动。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种弹性好、防松效果好的内齿弹性垫圈。
为了达到上述要求，所采用的技术方案是：它是环形的垫圈，其特征是在垫圈内孔的四周制有多个自垫圈中心放射形的切口，形成相互紧挨的内齿，内齿顶端相对垫圈平面逆时针扭转15-30度。
根据上述方案制造的内齿弹性垫圈，由于在垫圈的整个内圈都设有扭转的弹性齿，故该垫圈弹性好，防松效果好。

图3、图4是内齿弹性垫圈的结构示意图。从图中看出，它是环形的垫圈1，在垫圈1内孔的四周制有多个自垫圈1中心放射形的切口2，形成相互紧挨的内齿3，内齿3顶端相对垫圈1平面逆时针扭转15-30度。
