The sealing and dust-proof structure comprises a reduction gearbox at the back end of the electric push rod and a motor in fit with the input end of the reduction gearbox, the reduction gearbox is used for forming an annular wall part on the periphery of the part for being in input fit with the motor, an external thread is formed on the outer surface of the annular wall part, a plurality of single-direction outer clamping bulges which are in the same screwing direction with the external thread are formed at the end part of the annular wall part, the motor is accommodated in a cup-shaped sealing cover, an internal thread in fit with the external thread of the annular wall part is formed on the inner wall at the open end of the sealing cover, and inner clamping bulges which are in fit with the outer clamping bulges of the annular wall part are formed at the root part of the internal thread; when the sealing cover is in fit with the annular wall part, the open end part of the sealing cover is in close contact with the seal ring of the annular wall part for sealing the two through the fit between the internal thread and the external thread, and the inner clamping bulges of the sealing cover are in fit with the outer clamping bulges of the annular wall part so as to enable the sealing cover to only rotate to the screwing-up direction. 1'

Description A Sealing and Dust-proof Structure for Electric Push Rod Technical Field The invention relates to a sealing and dust-proof structure for an electric push rod, which belongs to the technical field of production and manufacturing of electric push rods. Background of the Invention Under certain application occasions, sealing and dust-proof requirements on electric push rod motors are higher, in the prior art, the electric push rod motors often need to be in direct contact with application environments, so that the existing electric push rods are difficult to meet the demands of the application occasions with higher sealing and dust-proof requirements on the electric push rod motors. The above technical purpose of the invention is mainly solved through the following technical scheme: the sealing and dust-proof structure comprises a reduction gearbox at the back end of the electric push rod and a motor in fit with the input end of the reduction gearbox, and the sealing and dust-proof structure is characterized in that the reduction gearbox is used for forming an annular wall part on the periphery of the part for being in input fit with the motor, an external thread is formed on the outer surface of the annular wall part, a plurality of single-direction outer clamping bulges which are in the same screwing direction with the external thread are formed at the end part of the annular wall part, the motor is accommodated in a cup-shaped sealing cover, an internal thread in fit with the external thread of the annular wall part is formed on the inner wall at the open end of the sealing cover, and inner clamping bulges which are in fit with the outer clamping bulges of the annular wall part are formed at the root part of the internal thread; when the sealing cover is in fit with the annular wall part, the open end part of the sealing cover is in close contact with the seal ring of the annular wall part for sealing the two through the fit between the internal thread and the external thread, 2 and the inner clamping bulges of the sealing cover are in fit with the outer clamping bulges of the annular wall part so as to enable the sealing cover to only rotate to the screwing-up direction, thereby preventing the sealing cover from rotating to the direction which is reverse to the screwing-up direction, that is the unscrewing direction, further ensuring reliable sealing between the sealing cover and the annular wall part of the reduction gearbox, ensuring the sealing of the motor positioned in the sealing cover and the sealing of the reduction gearbox and meeting the demands of the application occasions with the higher sealing and dust-proof requirements on the motors. Preferably, an annular step is formed at the root part of the external thread of the annular wall part, a seal ring is sheathed on the part corresponding to the annular step of the annular wall part, and the seal ring is in contact with the end surface of the sealing cover. Wherein, the seal ring can further improve the sealing and dust-proof effect for the motor. Preferably, the plurality of the single-direction outer clamping bulges at the end part of the annular wall part and the plurality of the inner clamping bulges at the root part of the internal thread of the sealing cover are distributed along circumferential direction at equal spacing intervals. Therefore, the invention has the characteristics of having better sealing and dust-proof effect for the motor and the reduction gearbox, meeting the demands of the application occasions with the higher sealing and 3 dust-proof requirements on the motors. Embodiment 1: as shown in Figure 1, the input end of a reduction gearbox 1 at the back end of an electric push rod is in fit with a motor 2, the reduction gearbox 1 is used for forming an annular wall part 3 on the periphery of the part for being in input fit with the motor 2, an external thread 4 is formed on the outer surface of the annular wall part 3, an annular step 5 is formed at the root part of the external thread 4, a seal ring is sheathed on the part corresponding to the annular step 5 (not shown in the figure), a plurality of single-direction outer clamping bulges 6 which are in the same screwing direction with the external thread 4 and distributed along the circumferential direction at equal spacing intervals are formed at the end part of the annular wall part 3, the motor 2 is accommodated in a cup-shaped sealing cover 7, an internal thread 8 in fit with the external thread 4 of the annular wall part is formed on the inner 4 wall at the open end of the sealing cover 7, and inner clamping bulges 9 which are distributed along the circumferential direction at the equal spacing intervals and in fit with the outer clamping bulges 6 of the annular wall part are formed at the root part of the internal thread 8; when the sealing cover 7 is in fit with the annular wall part 3, the seal ring is in contact with the end surface of the sealing cover, the open end part of the sealing cover is in close contact with the seal ring of the annular wall part for sealing the two through the fit between the internal thread and the external thread, and the inner clamping bulges of the sealing cover are in fit with the outer clamping bulges of the annular wall part so as to enable the sealing cover to only rotate to the screwing-up direction, thereby ensuring reliable sealing between the sealing cover and the annular wall part of the reduction gearbox, ensuring the sealing of the motor positioned in the sealing cover and the sealing of the reduction gearbox and meeting the demands of application occasions with higher sealing and dust-proof requirements on the motors. 5
Claims (2)
1. A sealing and dust-proof structure for an electric push rod, comprising a reduction gearbox at the back end of the electric push rod and a motor in fit with the input end of the reduction gearbox, characterized in that the reduction gearbox is used for forming an annular wall part on the periphery of the part for being in input fit with the motor, an external thread is formed on the outer surface of the annular wall part, a plurality of single-direction outer clamping bulges which are in the same screwing direction with the external thread are formed at the end part of the annular wall part, the motor is accommodated in a cup-shaped sealing cover, an internal thread in fit with the external thread of the annular wall part is formed on the inner wall at the open end of the sealing cover, and inner clamping bulges which are in fit with the outer clamping bulges of the annular wall part are formed at the root part of the internal thread; when the sealing cover is in fit with the annular wall part, the open end part of the sealing cover is in close contact with the seal ring of the annular wall part for sealing the two through the fit between the internal thread and the external thread, and the inner clamping bulges of the sealing cover are in fit with the outer clamping bulges of the annular wall part so as to enable the sealing cover to only rotate to the screwing-up direction, the plurality of the single-direction outer clamping bulges at the end part of the annular wall part and the plurality of the inner clamping bulges at the root 6 part of the internal thread of the sealing cover are distributed along circumferential direction at equal spacing intervals.

The sealing and dust-proof structure for the electric push rod according to claim 1, characterized in that an annular step is formed at the root part of the external thread of the annular wall part, a seal ring is sheathed on the part corresponding to the annular step of the annular wall part, and the seal ring is in contact with the end surface of the sealing cover. 7
