Description

Description Sealing Ring of Motor Technical Field The invention relates to a sealing ring of a motor, which is used for sealing a main shaft of the motor. Background of the Invention A sealing ring has to be arranged on a main shaft of a motor to prevent dust from entering into the motor in order to keep a clean operation environment in the motor, and the outgoing wires of the motor need to pass through the sealing ring. In the prior art, a notch is generally provided on an end face of the sealing ring for leading the outgoing wire out conveniently, but the sealing property of the sealing ring with such structure at the part where the outgoing wire is led out is worse than that at other parts, thereby lowering the sealing effect of the whole motor. Summary of the Invention The purpose of the invention is to provide a sealing ring of a motor, which has reasonable structure and is capable of improving the sealing effect of the whole motor. The above technical purpose of the invention is mainly achieved by the technical solution as follows: a sealing ring of a motor is provided, comprising a sealing ring body of a circular structure; a plurality of wire outgoing holes are arranged in the middle positions in a height direction of peripheral walls of the sealing ring body, the plurality of wire outgoing holes are distributed in a peripheral direction, and at least two raised circular rings are provided on an inner wall of each wire outgoing hole. Wires are led out from the middle 1 positions in the height direction of the peripheral walls of the sealing ring body, and the peripheral walls of the sealing ring body located on upper and lower sides of the wire outgoing holes may have excellent sealing effect, thereby improving the sealing effect of the whole motor. As each wire outgoing hole is provided with two or more than two raised circular rings, when wires pass through the wire outgoing holes, the raised circular rings clamp outer walls of the wires tightly so as to achieve two or more than two times of sealing, thereby greatly improving the sealing effect of the wire outgoing holes. Preferably, corresponding to the wire outgoing holes, the peripheral walls of the sealing ring body bulge inward and outward, respectively, so as to form a thickening part, and the wire outgoing holes penetrate through the thickening part. Wherein, the length of each wire outgoing hole is extended due to the setup of the thickening part, so that the effective sealing length between the sealing ring and the wires is extended, and the sealing effect is improved. Therefore, the invention is characterized by reasonable structure and capability of improving the sealing effect of the whole motor. Detailed Description of the Invention The technical solution of the invention will be further described in details as below by specific embodiments with reference to drawings. Embodiment 1 2 As shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, a sealing ring body 1 is of a circular structure, two end faces of the sealing ring body 1 is provided with a plurality of sealing lips 3, respectively. The middle position in the height direction of a peripheral wall of the sealing ring body bulge inward and outward, respectively, so as to form a thickening part 2. Two end faces of the thickening part corresponding to the axial direction of the sealing ring body 1 are provided with a plurality of sealing lips 6, respectively. Three radial wire outgoing holes 4 are arranged on the thickening part 2 and penetrate through the thickening part. The three wire outgoing holes are distributed in the peripheral direction, and an inner wall of each wire outgoing hole 4 is provided with at least two raised circular rings 5. 3

Claims (2)

1. A sealing ring of a motor is provided, comprising a sealing ring body of a circular structure, characterized in that a plurality of wire outgoing holes are arranged in the middle positions in a height direction of peripheral walls of the sealing ring body, the plurality of wire outgoing holes are distributed in a peripheral direction, and at least two raised circular rings are provided on an inner wall of each wire outgoing hole.

The sealing ring of a motor according to claim 1, characterized in that, corresponding to the wire outgoing holes, the peripheral walls of the sealing ring body bulge inward and outward, respectively, so as to form a thickening part, and the wire outgoing holes penetrate through the thickening part. 4
