这样的结构,底座和机壳的接合面需在大型立车上采用车加工或镗床上采用镗铣平面,再钻孔、最后用螺栓连接把合。安装不便,耗时、耗力、成本高且机组运行不安全。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种安装方便、结构简单、成本低的卧轴双喷冲击式水轮机机座。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种卧轴双喷冲击式水轮机机座,包括底座、机盖和机壳,所述机壳内装有转轮,所述机壳位于底座的上方,所述机壳和底座一体成型,所述机盖安装在机壳上。
采用上述技术方案,机壳和底座一体成型,取消底座分半法兰、机壳分半法兰和连接螺栓,形成整体式机座结构,结构简单,安装方便,避免因底座分半法兰和机壳分半法兰变形产生密封性能降低而从底座分半法兰和机壳分半法兰处漏水的现象,使用安全。同时,降低了成本,可节省底座分半法兰和机壳分半法兰的材料费、焊接、车、钻孔、钳装、定位、连接紧固件等费用。
在上述技术方案中,所述机盖为弧形盖,所述机盖设在转轮的上方的机壳上。

机壳2和底座1一体成型,取消底座分半法兰4、机壳分半法兰5和连接螺栓6,形成整体式机座结构,结构简单,安装方便,避免因底座分半法兰4和机壳分半法兰5变形产生密封性能降低而从底座分半法兰4和机壳分半法兰5处漏水的现象。同时,降低了成本,可节省底座分半法兰4和机壳分半法兰5的材料费、焊接、车、钻孔、钳装、定位、连接紧固件等费用。
