本实用新型涉及冷却塔技术领域，尤其是涉及一种冷却塔用水轮机布水器一体机。 
背景技术
现有的冷却塔一般需要风机抽风，风机由电动机驱动，电动机下方还设有减速器，该结构的冷却塔具有噪声大、耗电的缺点，因此不符合我国环保节能的要求。 
目前对于该结构的改进方案如图1所示，该方案是去掉电动机以及减速器部分，附加设置水轮机3，并且利用水轮机3驱动扇叶2，这样大大降低了冷却塔的能耗问题。但是。改进结构方案也存在的问题是，布水管4设置在水轮机3机体的下方，此结构加大了冷却塔的高度，相应体积也增大了，从而增加了冷却塔的制造成本，同时，水泵的能耗也较高。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决上述问题，提供一种降低冷却塔高度，从而降低冷却塔制造成本的冷却塔用水轮机布水器一体机。 
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案： 
一种冷却塔用水轮机布水器一体机，它包括一塔体，在塔体顶部设有扇叶，所述扇叶下方设有水轮机，所述水轮机设有进水管，附加地，在所述水轮机本体侧壁上开设有不少于两根的主布水管，所述主布水管设有不少于两根的次布水管，所述布水管下方设有填料。 
本实用新型通过将水轮机和布水器作为一体结构，在加工生产的过程中更加方便。 
本实用新型的有益效果是：(1)通过在水轮机所在平面设置布水管，在减小冷却塔的体积的同时大大降低了冷却塔的高度，有效的节约了冷却塔的制造成本；(2)利用水泵的余压，使得设备运行的效率更高；(3)降低冷却塔高度的同时也降低了扬程的高度，减少水泵能耗。

如图2、图3所示，一种冷却塔用水轮机布水器一体机，它包括一塔体1，在塔体1顶部设有扇叶2，所述扇叶2下方设有水轮机3，所述水轮机3设有进水管5，在所述水轮机本体侧壁上开孔并设有不少于两根的主布水管4，本实施例设置两根主布水管，并且两根主布水管在水轮机两侧对称布置，所述主布水管4设有不少于两根的次布水管41，本实施例沿着主布水管4布置六根次布水管，所述布水管下方设有填料6。
