背景技术
回转振动分级筛是一种常见的用于筛分的设备，在饲料行业中，常用于颗粒饲料的分级，其结构主要包括：筛船、支座和尾部支撑等。尾部支撑板作为尾部支撑的主要部件，一般是由尼龙板或电木等弹性材料制成，利用支撑板的弹性来支撑筛船的往复运动。回转振动分级筛工作时，频繁的往复折弯变形，容易在支撑板的根部造成应力集中，经常使支撑板发生断裂和损坏，从而影响支撑板的使用寿命。
发明内容
发明目的：针对现有技术中存在的不足，本实用新型的目的是提供一种回转振动分级筛的尾部支撑板，在保证支撑筛船往复运动的同时，减小支撑板根部应力集中，延长支撑板的使用寿命。
技术方案：为了实现上述发明目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：一种回转振动分级筛的尾部支撑板，所述尾部支撑板的为两端宽中间细的弹性板。
在回转振动分级筛上安装尾部支撑板时，可以采用两块尾部支撑板并列叠放安装，在尾部支撑板两端的安装段均使用第一垫板、第二垫板和第三垫板将两块尾部支撑板隔开。
有益效果：本实用新型的回转振动分级筛的尾部支撑板，将常用的支撑板的形状改变为中间采用弧形过渡段，利用弧形来传递应力，从而改善尾部支撑板根部的受力状况，能够有效的延长支撑板使用寿命。同时，该回转振动分级筛的尾部支撑板还具有设计巧妙、节省材料、容易制作等优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的说明。
如图1所示，该回转振动分级筛的主要结构包括尾部支撑板1、筛船2和支座3，回转振动分级筛在工作时，尾部支撑板1随筛船2做前后往复高速运动。
如图2所示，尾部支撑板1由两端的安装段和中间的过渡段组成的弹性板，两端宽中间细即为安装段的宽度大于过渡段的宽度，弹性板的两腰呈向内凹陷的弧形或其他渐变曲线形状。典型的弹性板形状还包括呈哑铃形状。
如图3所示，在回转振动分级筛上安装尾部支撑板1时，采用两块尾部支撑板并列叠放安装，在尾部支撑板两端的安装端均使用第一垫板4、第二垫板5和第三垫板6将两块尾部支撑板隔开。
回转振动分级筛在工作时，尾部支撑板1随筛船2做前后往复高速运动，集中于尾部支撑根部的应力会沿着尾部支撑板1的弧形部分向中间扩散，从而改善尾部支撑板根部的受力状况，达到延长其使用寿命的目的。
