背景技术
目前行业内小型铅酸蓄电池的极群的汇流排和输出极柱由过桥连接在一起,过桥的长度一般在4~8mm,在铸焊过程中,过桥具有较高温度,极群脱模时极易造成过桥拉伸变形,截面积减小,增加内阻,影响电流的传输,电池使用过程中,易引起电池断路报废。而且,过桥部分也不利于成本控制。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种降低内阻、提高电流传输能力、防止电池断路报废,而且节约材料,有利于成本控制的小型铅酸蓄电池极群结构。
本实用新型的技术方案是:小型铅酸蓄电池极群结构中的输出极柱与汇流排相切或相交。
由于输出极柱与汇流排的连接为直接相切或相交,去除了现有技术中起连接作用的过桥,这样便缩短了电流传输路径,降低了内阻,提高电流传输能力,防止电池使用过程中的断路报废现象,而且,省去过桥,也节约了材料,降低生产成本。
