本实用新型公开了一种用于大密电池的装壳装置,该装壳装置包括抽真空PE袋(4)、抽真空泵(1)及气压表(2),抽真空PE袋(4)经抽真空管(3)连接抽真空泵(1),抽真空泵(1)上安装气压表(2)。本实用新型将极群组放置在一定规格的抽真空PE袋中,启动抽真空泵使极群组的体积变到最小,轻松的将极群组装到电池壳中,从根本上减轻人员的劳动强度,保护两边的极板,提高电池性能。

本实用新型涉及大电池极组装壳装置,具体涉及一种用于大密电池的装壳装置。
背景技术
在阀控密封铅酸蓄电池的生产中,特别是大密铅酸蓄电池的极群装壳,传统的方法都是人工将极组强行压到电池壳里面去,存在以下问题:一、这样给人员造成极大的劳动强度,工作效率低;二、容易因极群组受压力不匀,装壳过程中出现极板变形、汇流排变形等影响电池性能的情况出现;三、如果极组最边上是隔板,装壳的时候很容易使隔板破损,影响电池性能。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种用于大密电池的装壳装置,采用该装置辅助装壳,从根本上减轻人员的劳动强度,保护两边的极板,提高电池质量的可靠性。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:该装壳装置包括抽真空PE袋、抽真空泵及气压表,抽真空PE袋经抽真空管连接抽真空泵,抽真空泵上安装气压表。
工作时,极群组先放置在一定规格的抽真空PE袋中,然后把抽真空管放到抽真空PE袋内并夹紧袋口,启动抽真空泵使极群组的体积变到最小,抽真空PE袋便携带极群组一起装到电池壳中。
本实用新型的积极效果:①很大程度的减少了操作工的劳动强度;②极组焊接好后一直到装壳都用PE袋包裹,最大程度的减少极组不必要的污染;③极组装壳时,抽真空使极组的体积变小,轻松的放到电池壳里面去,不会有传统工艺出现的极组装壳时因装配压力大导致极组变形或汇流排变形的情况出现;④装壳后,撕去极板上部多余的PE袋即可,方便快捷。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,该装壳装置包括抽真空PE袋4、抽真空泵1及气压表2,抽真空PE袋4经抽真空管3连接抽真空泵1,抽真空泵1上安装气压表2。
工作时,极群组5先放置在一定规格的抽真空PE袋装中,然后把抽真空管3放到抽真空PE袋4内并夹紧袋口,启动抽真空泵1使极群组岛的体积变到最小,抽真空PE袋4便携带极群组5一起装到电池壳中。
