技术领域
本实用新型属于电缆桥架领域,尤其是涉及一种槽钢立柱双侧承托装置。
背景技术
目前,在工程应用中电缆桥架的承托装置常采用槽钢立柱与配套托臂作为承托桥架并保持桥架放置水平的装置,该装置采用在槽钢立柱的两对侧面凸出部分冲有一定间距的长圆孔,在配套托臂的底板上也冲有两个与槽钢立柱上间距一样的长圆孔,安装时,将配套托臂底板紧贴在槽钢立柱的侧面,将底板上的孔与立柱上的孔照准,用螺栓锁紧。由于槽钢立柱冲孔时劳动强度大,冲孔后易变形,加工准备效率低。当立柱较长时,冲孔存在加工累积误差,土建也存在一定的误差,因此在现场实际使用中,托臂安装后,经常出现各个立柱上的托臂不在同一水平面上且很难调整,导致桥架安装后不平,又很难修复;而且冲孔后槽钢立柱的受力强度也有一定的降低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、加工成本低、便于现场调节的槽钢立柱双侧承托装置。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:槽钢立柱双侧承托装置,包括槽钢立柱和第一个配套托臂和第二个配套托臂,该第一个配套托臂和第二个配套托臂的一端分别焊接有底板,该底板一端分别设有背向与托臂焊接处的弯钩,另一端分别设有对应的螺孔;第一个配套托臂与第二个配套托臂的底板一端通过弯钩分别卡接在槽钢立柱两侧凸出部分,另一端通过螺栓固定在槽钢立柱端面后侧。
本方案通过设置在第一个配套托臂底板和第二个配套托臂底板一端的弯钩勾住槽钢立柱两侧的凸出部分,另一端通过螺栓固定在槽钢立柱端面后侧,从而实现了配套托臂与槽钢立柱的无间隙可调固定,槽钢立柱的侧面不再冲孔,减小模具费,人工费,加工时产生的设备损耗及噪音,大大缩短了加工周期及供货周期,降低劳动强度,现场安装时,配套托臂能沿着槽钢立柱上下无间隙的任意调节,方便实用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的技术方案做详细的说明。
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型的槽钢立柱双侧承托装置,包括槽钢立柱1和第一个配套托臂2和第二个配套托臂3,该第一个配套托臂的一端上焊接有底板4,第二个配套托臂的一端焊接有底板5。该底板4和底板5的一端分别设有背向与托配套臂焊接处的弯钩,另一端分别设有对应的螺孔;第一个配套托臂2与第二个配套托臂3的底板一端通过弯钩分别卡接在槽钢立柱1两侧凸出部分,另一端通过螺栓6插入两个底板上的螺孔后锁紧,固定在槽钢立柱端面后侧。在实际使用中,为了能够承载较重的电缆,本方案中的底板4和底板5上的弯钩采用整个底板在一端处冲压折弯形成,其角度与槽钢立柱1凸出部分的锥度相配合。
由于槽钢立柱上不再冲孔,采用托臂底板自锁住槽钢立柱,底板与槽钢的固定不受槽钢上孔的限制,上下可任意可调,便于安装;有效的降低了劳动强度,提高了槽钢的强度,避免了槽钢立柱冲孔后的变形及校形带来的工作量,缩短了供货周期。

1.一种槽钢立柱双侧承托装置,包括槽钢立柱和第一个配套托臂和第二个配套托臂,其特征在于,所述的第一个配套托臂和第二个配套托臂的一端分别焊接有底板,该底板一端分别设有背向与托臂焊接处的弯钩,另一端分别设有对应的螺孔;第一个配套托臂与第二个配套托臂的底板一端通过弯钩分别卡接在槽钢立柱两侧凸出部分,另一端通过螺栓固定在槽钢立柱端面后侧。
2.按照权利要求1所述的槽钢立柱双侧承托装置,其特征在于,所述的第一个配套托臂和第二个配套托臂的底板的弯钩为整个底板在一端处冲压折弯形成,其角度与所述槽钢立柱凸出部分的锥度相配合。
