现有技术的卧式砂磨机筒体耐磨性不够，易磨穿，磨穿后对生产的物料造成报废。而且更换筒体时造成物料严重浪费，维修工作量大，严重影响生产，而且维修成本大。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中所存在的上述缺点，而提供一种结构设计合理、耐磨性好的卧式砂磨机筒体。
本实用新型解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是：一种卧式砂磨机筒体，包括筒体，在筒体两端安装有端面法兰，所述的筒体包括外夹套和内夹套，内夹套套装在外夹套内，在外夹套上开有冷却水接口；其特征在于：还包括内衬，所述的内衬套装在内夹套内。
本实用新型所述的内衬为筒形。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有如下优点和效果：1、结构设计合理；2、设置了内衬，卧式砂磨机摩擦部分改在了内衬上，耐磨性好；3、维修方便，内衬磨穿的话，只需要更换内衬，无需将整个筒体更换。

内衬6为筒形，其由复合高耐磨合金制成，套装在内夹套4内。

2.根据权利要求1所述的卧式砂磨机筒体，其特征在于：所述的内衬为筒形。
