Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种钢筋混凝土管片吊装的装置，包括一吊装头，所述吊装头一端设有用于连接管片的型板，所述型板上布设有多个连接孔。本实用新型的吊装装置可适用于各类型管片，有效解决管片因吊装孔损坏而造成吊运拼装难的问题。其吊装头部分利用原有使用过的吊装头加工即可，对于盾构施工来说材料来源广泛加工简易，型板可以适用于所有管片，开孔布设已考虑了管片布筋情况，有效避免管片开孔时破坏钢筋，不影响主体结构。具有结构简单，投入少，且操作方便的特点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种盾构法隧道施工中所用到的盾构机，特别是涉及土压平衡盾构机管片吊运拼装系统。
背景技术
在盾构法隧道施工中，隧道衬砌主要采用预制钢筋混凝土管片构成盾构隧道的主体结构。通常外径6米宽幅1.5米厚300mm的每环管片分为L1、L2、B1、B2、B3、F六块(或A1、A2、A3、B、C、K)。由于诸多原因，管片吊装孔易被损坏，由于这种损坏无法进行修补，造成管片无法正常吊装使用，甚至造成管片报废。
并且，破损的管片仅仅是吊装孔损坏，并不影响管片的结构，但其无法拼装导致整环管片无法作为衬砌使用。目前，对此类有缺陷的管片通常做法是重新购置，造成成本增加。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种可吊装吊装孔损坏的钢筋混凝土管片的吊装装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种钢筋混凝土管片吊装的装置，包括一吊装头，所述吊装头一端设有用于连接管片的型板，所述型板上布设有多个连接孔。本装置在使用时，型板与管片之间通过若干根与连接孔相配的膨胀螺栓固定，即可进行吊装作业。本装置具有结构简单、拆装使用方便的特点，可有效对吊装孔破损管片进行吊装，同时，可对原有吊装头进行回收再利用，取材方便。
作为上述技术方案的改进，所述型板为300mm×300mm的正方形钢板，厚度δ＝16mm，所述布设在型板上的连接孔共有8个，所述连接孔的半径R＝8mm，连接孔的间距为100mm。
相对于现有技术，本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型的吊装装置结构简单，投入少，且操作方便，可适用于各类型管片，可有效解决了吊装孔损坏的管片的吊运拼装难题。

具体实施方式
结合图1至图2，本实用新型的一种钢筋混凝土管片吊装的装置，包括一吊装头1，所述吊装头一端设有用于连接管片的型板2，所述型板2上布设有多个连接孔21。本装置在使用时，型板2与管片之间用膨胀螺栓固定，即可进行吊装作业。本实用新型的吊装装置结构简单，投入少，且操作方便，可适用于各类型管片，可有效解决了吊装孔损坏的管片的吊运拼装难题。
作为优选的实施方式，所述型板2为300mm×300mm的正方形钢板，厚度δ＝16mm，所述布设在型板2上的连接孔21共有8个，所述连接孔21的半径R＝8mm，连接孔21的间距为100mm，孔距的布置完全不破坏结构内的钢筋。这样，衬砌环管片的防水和结构均不受影响。
作为优选的实施方式，所述吊装头1直接使用原有回收的吊装头1加固。这样，吊装头1的样式和规格可以视各种类型盾构机的抓举头具体情况而定，灵活选用。型板2的连接孔21的开孔位置可以适用于所有管片，开孔布设已考虑了管片布筋情况，可有效避免管片开孔时破坏钢筋。所有使用的膨胀螺栓规格为M16，由于F块管片较轻，管片开孔时只需选取对称位置的4个连接孔21即可，在满足起重吊装同时节省安装4个膨胀螺栓。
此外，作为优选，型板2选用高强度的材料制成。
当然，本发明创造并不局限于上述实施方式，熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本实用新型精神的前提下还可作出等同变形或替换，这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

2.根据权利要求1所述的钢筋混凝土管片吊装的装置，其特征在于：所述型板(2)为300mm×300mm的正方形钢板，厚度δ＝16mm，所述布设在型板(2)上的连接孔(21)共有8个，所述连接孔(21)的半径R＝8mm，连接孔(21)的间距为100mm。
