背景技术
目前，市场上纺织行业用的不锈钢综丝基本上被塑胶综丝所替代。塑胶综丝生产方式有两种，注塑成型和切片成型。由于塑胶综丝还没有国家标准，塑胶综丝现参照不锈钢综丝的国家标准TZ94008-92执行，该标准中综杆中部的综眼宽度为2.5毫米，综杆两端宽度为2毫米，综眼长5.5毫米，综眼宽1.2毫米，综眼的两个边宽各为0.65毫米。这种尺寸规格的塑胶综丝存在着抗张拉强度低，容易从综眼处拉长或断列，钢性低，易打弯的不足之处。
