背景技术
纱嘴结构是安装在针织横机的纱杆上对纱线进行导纱的部件,为了保证了导纱过程能够稳定进行,纱嘴结构必须具有一定的强度以防止形变。传统的纱嘴结构为了加强其强度,特别是与纱杆连接的安装部的强度,通过在安装部两侧进行略微弯折以加强安装部的强度,但是由于受到安装部本身厚度的限制,其上的弯折部分并不能很好地起到加强安装部强度的作用。 
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型要解决的问题是提供一种强度更高、不易发生形变以使导纱过程更加稳定的针织横机的纱嘴结构。 
为此,本实用新型是通过如下方式实现的:一种针织横机的纱嘴结构,包括安装部和纱嘴部,其特征在于:所述安装部两侧设有加强筋,所述安装部上设有安装孔,所述加强筋由安装部侧边卷曲形成,针织横机的纱杆下端设有与所述安装部宽度匹配的凹槽和与安装孔对应的螺栓孔,所述安装部置于凹槽内并通过螺栓穿过安装孔而旋入螺栓孔与纱杆固定连接,所述安装部的横截面呈M字形。 
在本实用新型中,通过卷曲的方式在安装部两侧形成多倍于安装部本身厚度的加强筋,使得加强筋得到多倍于安装部本身的强度,从而也有效提高了安装部的整体强度,使其不易产生形变,保证了导纱过程的稳定性。

具体实施方式
参照附图,这种针织横机的纱嘴结构,包括安装部3和纱嘴部5,所述安装部3上设有安装孔7,所述安装部3两侧设有加强筋4,所述加强筋4由安装部3侧边卷曲形成,所述安装部3的横截面呈M字形。这种纱嘴结构是安装在针织横机的纱杆1上进行工作的,纱杆1下端设有与安装部3宽度匹配的凹槽2和与安装孔7对应的螺栓孔,安装部3置于凹槽2内并通过螺栓6穿过安装孔7而旋入螺栓孔与纱杆1固定连接。从图2中可以十分明显地看出,经过卷曲形成的加强筋4具有起码两倍于安装部3本身的厚度,这就使得加强筋4的强度得到了极大的加强,从而加强了安装部3的整体强度,使得其固定在纱杆1上工作时,不易产生形变,保证了导纱的稳定性。
