Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种自行车部件，特别是一种用于轻便电动自行车的电池盒。所述的电池盒的壳体为自行车主梁；壳体截面呈椭圆形，椭圆形的长轴沿壳体的高度方向；沿壳体内侧下方固定连接有电池导轨，电池导轨上平面铺设有绝缘塑胶垫，电控开关安装在壳体内侧下端，电池安放在绝缘塑胶垫上。本实用新型采用了椭圆形壳体，在不破坏现有轻便电动车美观大方、简洁轻便体貌的前提下，避免了车架出现折角；采用了椭圆形壳体，可以使得浸入壳体的雨水等沿壳体内侧底部顺利流出，不至于浸泡到安放在电池导轨上的电池和电控开关，当用螺栓固定电池导轨时，可以越拉越紧，保证了安放在壳体内的部件不发生松动，不会发出振动噪音。

现有的电动自行车的电池安放方式多种多样，大都根据电动自行车的形貌特征、方便更换设计的，因此不乏奢华大器之类，而对于小型轻便的电动自行车而言，使用现有类型的各种电动自行车电池盒的形式，不仅破坏了自行车简洁轻便的体貌，还会出现整车发生重心偏差的现象，甚至出现电池浸水情况。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的正是为了解决现有技术的上述不足而发明的一种轻便电动自行车的电池盒。
本实用新型可以通过以下技术手段来实现：
本实用新型的一种轻便电动自行车电池盒，所述的电池盒的壳体为自行车主梁；壳体截面呈椭圆形，椭圆形的长轴沿壳体的高度方向；沿壳体内侧下方固定连接有电池导轨，电池导轨上平面铺设有绝缘塑胶垫，电控开关安装在壳体内侧下端，电池安放在绝缘塑胶垫上。所述的壳体内的电池导轨采用螺栓紧固在壳体上。

本实用新型的一种轻便电动自行车电池盒，沿自行车车架主梁设置，不会出现重心偏差现象；电池和电控开关没有紧贴壳体，不会发生进水浸泡情况；没有棱角的椭圆形壳体保持了现有自行车的圆滑流畅的外观体貌，使用安全，且具有相当的强度等优点。
这里需要指出的是，尽管已经对了本实用新型进行了详细的描述，但是就本领域工作人员来说，在这个基础上做出的类似和相似的修改都应该属于本实用新型保护范围。
