Abstract
本实用新型涉及倒车摄影机的镜头洁净装置，其包括有：一包覆件，中心处由外而内依序设有斜面环及容室的中空筒体，该容室供具有凸面的广角镜头与摄影机依序嵌入，且广角镜头的凸面突设于斜面环的范围内，另，包覆件的筒壁设有至少一行风路径，该行风路径的出端设于斜面环上；至少一风力衔接件，其一端与行风路径的入端连结；一风力产生单元，其出风处与各风力衔接件另一端连结。当汽车倒车时，风力产生单元启动并且输出风力，该风力经由风力衔接件进入包覆件的行风路径，当风力自斜面环的行风路径出端窜出，可藉由高压风力自动洁净镜头表面水分及尘土。

技术领域
本使用新型有关于一种倒车摄影机的镜头洁净装置，特别指汽车倒车时，风力产生单元可启动输出高压风力，该风力经由风力衔接件进入包覆件并由行风路径出端窜出，藉由高压风力可自动洁净镜头表面水分及尘土。
背景技术
汽车市埸正兴起倒车视讯的风潮，组设于汽车后方的倒车摄影机，在汽车倒车时拍摄车后路况，显示于车内影像显示幕上，当车辆驾驶者观看影像显示幕知悉汽车后方路况，得以提高汽车倒车时的安全性。
市售的倒车摄影机镜头，常见雨天积水、蒙上尘土，以致影响倒车摄影机正常功能的问题，其需要驾驶者在倒车前下车擦拭摄影机的镜头，方可再次恢复摄影机的正常功能，是以，如何使倒车摄影机的镜头自动除去水分及尘土，乃相关业者竞相努力的目标。
已公告「具有镜头外露防水的倒车摄影机」中国台湾新型专利案〔申请案号：第096217265，号证书号：M345006〕，其包含：一本体前壳，为一中空体，一端形成开口；一本体后壳，一端与前壳另一端相结合形成一个容置空间；一广角防水镜头，镜头前端凸伸外露出本体前壳开口，并具一环状凸缘；一防水O型环，环绕本体前壳开口周缘，并为广角防水镜头的环状凸缘所抵压；一连接线材；一电子模组，置于容置空间，将讯号经由连接线材传至汽车本体电路系统；其利用镜头前端凸伸外露出本体前壳开口，使可视角度增加，另利用镜头环状凸缘抵压O型环于本体前壳开口周缘，兼具防水功能。
上述已公告前案，将倒车摄影机镜头前端凸伸外露于本体前壳开口，仅可使镜头的可视角度增加，并无自动除去镜头表面水分及尘土的功能，驾驶者在镜头积水或蒙尘时，仍旧需要在倒车前下车擦拭摄影机的镜头，方可再次恢复摄影机拍摄车后路况的正常功能。
爰此，本使用新型洁净装置系供解决已公告前案实际使用时面临的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种倒车摄影机的镜头洁净装置，其结构简单，使用方便，在汽车倒车时，风力产生单元可启动输出高压风力，该风力经由风力衔接件进入包覆件并由行风路径出端窜出，藉由高压风力可自动洁净镜头表面水分及尘土。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型公开了一种倒车摄影机的镜头洁净装置，其特征在于包括有：
一包覆件，该包覆件中心处由外而内依序设有斜面环及供具有凸面的广角镜头与摄影机依序嵌入的容室的中空筒体，且广角镜头的凸面突设于斜面环的范围内，另，包覆件的筒壁设有至少一行风路径，该行风路径的出端设于斜面环上；
至少一风力衔接件，其一端与行风路径的入端连结；
一风力产生单元，其出风处与风力衔接件另一端连结。
其中，包覆件的斜面环设为外宽、内窄，该斜面环的窄径小于容室的内径。
其中，容室外端壁面对应摄影机外壁的阳螺纹设有阴螺纹。
通过上述结构，本实用新型具有下列优点：
1.本使用新型镜头洁净装置创新，可改善习用倒车摄影机无法自动除去镜头表面水分及尘土的问题，当车辆驾驶者观看影像显示幕确切知悉汽车后方路况，得以提高汽车倒车时的安全性。
2.本使用新型镜头洁净装置在汽车倒车时，风力产生单元可启动输出高压风力，该风力经由风力衔接件进入包覆件并由行风路径出端窜出，藉由高压风力可自动洁净镜头表面水分及尘土。

具体实施方式
本使用新型倒车摄影机的镜头洁净装置〔如图1及图2所示〕，其包括有：
一包覆件1，系中心处由外而内依序设有斜面环11及容室12的中空筒体〔如图3及图4所示〕，该斜面环11设为外宽、内窄，且斜面环11的窄径小于容室12的内径，其容室12供具有凸面a1的广角镜头a与摄影机b依序嵌入，且广角镜头a的凸面a1，突设于斜面环11的范围内，并容室12外端壁面对应摄影机b外壁的阳螺纹b1设有阴螺纹121，另，包覆件1的筒壁设有至少一行风路径13，该行风路径13的出端设于斜面环11上。
至少一风力衔接件2，其一端与行风路径13的入端连结。
一风力产生单元3，其与风力衔接件2另一端连结。
另外，包覆件1的外壁设有阳螺纹10，当包覆件1穿贯位于汽车后方的组立壁c前，先穿套一防止水液渗入组立壁c内面的O形环d，且包覆件1在穿贯组立壁c后，再穿套一垫片e，并以阳螺纹10与具有内螺纹f1的螺帽f螺合，则内部组设有广角镜头a与摄影机b的包覆件1，可锁固于汽车后方的组立壁c上，俾以供汽车倒车时观视汽车后方路况。
汽车倒车时，本使用新型镜头洁净装置的风力产生单元3因应启动并且输出风力〔如图5及图6所示〕，该风力经由风力衔接件2进入包覆件1的行风路径13，当风力自斜面环11的行风路径13出端窜出，可对镜头a表面产生自动除去水分及尘土的洁净作用。
本使用新型倒车摄影机的镜头洁净装置创新，可改善习用倒车摄影机无法自动除去镜头表面水分及尘土的问题，当车辆驾驶者观看由本使用新型倒车摄影机所摄影的影像显示于车内萤幕，可确切知悉汽车后方路况，俾以提高汽车倒车时的安全性。
唯，以上所述者，仅为本使用新型的较佳实施例而已，并非用以局限本使用新型的特征，举凡利用本使用新型相关的技术手段、创设原理的再创作，仍属本案的创作范畴。因此本使用新型图式及说明书所作的陈述并非用以限定本使用新型实施的范围；任何熟习此技艺者，在不脱离本使用新型的精神与范围下所作的均等变化与修饰，皆应涵盖于本使用新型的专利范围内，方为合理。
综上所述，本使用新型「倒车摄影机的镜头洁净装置」，具有新颖性、进步性及产业利用性等专利要件；申请人爰依专利法的规定，向钧局提起专利的申请。
Claims (3)
1.一种倒车摄影机的镜头洁净装置，其特征在于包括有：
一包覆件，该包覆件中心处由外而内依序设有斜面环及供具有凸面的广角镜头与摄影机依序嵌入的容室的中空筒体，且广角镜头的凸面突设于斜面环的范围内，另，包覆件的筒壁设有至少一行风路径，该行风路径的出端设于斜面环上；
至少一风力衔接件，其一端与行风路径的入端连结；
一风力产生单元，其出风处与风力衔接件另一端连结。
2.如权利要求1所述倒车摄影机的镜头洁净装置，其特征在于，包覆件的斜面环设为外宽、内窄，该斜面环的窄径小于容室的内径。
3.如权利要求1所述倒车摄影机的镜头洁净装置，其特征在于，容室外端壁面对应摄影机外壁的阳螺纹设有阴螺纹。
