国内现有的食品炒干机，多采用旋转炒锅，节电省时，降低了加工成本同时保证了性能稳定，温度任意调节，能保证适应各种炒货温度的需求，适合加工各种干果和坚果类，如；板栗、花生、瓜子、松籽、榛子、杏仁、菜籽、咖啡豆、芝麻等。一改过去人工炒制污染大、劳动强度大、效率低，成本高的缺点，干净卫生，占地面积小，环保无污染.因此是目前国内大多数食品企业都采用的设备。
但现有的瓜子等产品，其炒制过程以后，外壳部分还需要经过抛光机进行抛光，使瓜子的光亮度达到一定水平才能出厂，因此设想提供一种新设备能将炒制和抛光两个工序结合在一起，不但节省了工序和设备，也提高了生产效率。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种炒干机抛光装置，通过在炒锅开口处安装一圈挡板的结构形式，能够在炒制过程中使瓜子与挡板之间碰撞摩擦增多，其光亮度大大增加，提高产品的外观和口感，为企业创造了经济价值。
