一种组角机。在机架四角顶角线方向分别设置四个单个组角头,单个组角头的大拖板固定在机架上,大拖板内的两端通过轴承固定有丝杆,丝杆的外端与步进电机相连,丝杆通过丝杆螺母与小拖板连接,小拖板的燕尾槽扣入大拖板,小拖板一侧固定有固定支架,固定支架与在小拖板内作直线运动的顶角头之间设有液压缸。克服了现有单角进行组装再从框架条侧面的角连接件部位钻孔,拧上自攻螺丝固定框架的工艺缺陷,从框架的四角的顶角线方向进行组框,缩短了单件组框的时间,连接牢靠,框架四周的垂直度高,极大地方便了光伏电池方阵的拼装,提高工作效率70%。

本实用新型一种组角机,涉及的是机械设计、制造技术领域,应用于光伏电池组件的组装。
背景技术
目前,国内光伏电池生产厂家,尤其是光伏电池封装厂家,将层压后的光伏电池片,四周用中空的铝合金框架包裹成光伏电池组件。其四周用中空的铝合金框架条包裹光伏电池片生产时,一般采用两相邻的框架条顶端截成45°角,相邻的两条截成45°角的中空框架条内插入角连接件,压紧后使截成45°角的两框架条截面相触,再在两中空框架条侧面的角连接件部位钻孔,拧上自攻螺丝,同样,中空框架条四角用角连接件连接并固定两框架条的办法,将铝合金的框架四角固定,加入橡胶密封条,形成带铝合金框架的光伏电池组件。普遍存在着连接不牢靠、组装的效率低、框架四周的垂直度差,无法采用提高组装效率的机械化生产,给拼装光伏电池组件带来实际的困难。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺陷,设计一种采用顶角线方向同时进行组角,简化工艺程序,达到框架连接牢靠,垂直度高,提高生产效率的一种组角机。其技术方案是:包括步进电机、固定板、液压缸、小拖板、顶角头、大拖板、机架在内的结构,其特征在于:在机架四角顶角线方向分别设置四个单个组角头,单个组角头的大拖板固定在机架上,大拖板内的两端通过轴承固定有丝杆,丝杆的外端与步进电机相连,丝杆通过丝杆螺母与小拖板连接,小拖板的燕尾槽扣入大拖板,小拖板一侧固定有固定支架,固定支架与在小拖板内作直线运动的顶角头之间设有液压缸。实施了该项技术后的明显优点和效果是:克服了现有单角进行组装再从框架条侧面的角连接件部位钻孔,拧上自攻螺丝固定框架的工艺缺陷,从框架四角的顶角线方向进行组框,缩短了单件组框的时间,连接牢靠,框架四周的垂直度高,极大地方便了光伏电池方阵的拼装,提高工作效率70%。

见附图1,在机架四角顶角线方向分别设置四个单个组角头9,单个组角头9的大拖板6固定在机架7上,大拖板6内的两端通过轴承固定有丝杆,丝杆的外端与步进电机1相连,丝杆通过丝杆螺母与小拖板4连接,小拖板4的燕尾槽扣入大拖板6,小拖板4一侧固定有固定支架2,固定支架2与在小拖板4内作直线运动的顶角头5之间设有液压缸3。
见附图1,在机架四角顶角线方向分别设置四个单个组角头9,单个组角头9的大拖板6固定在机架7上,大拖板6内的两端通过轴承固定有丝杆,丝杆的外端与步进电机1相连,丝杆通过丝杆螺母与小拖板4连接,小拖板4的燕尾槽扣入大拖板6,小拖板4一侧固定有固定支架2,固定支架2与在小拖板4内作直线运动的顶角头5之间设有液压缸3。
机架7四角,设置四个单个组角头9,每个组角头9的大拖板6上的步进电机1启动,通过丝杆和丝杆螺母带动燕尾槽扣入的小拖板4向前运动,小拖板4上的固定支架2、液压缸3、顶角头5同时向前运动,到达调正的位置后,步进电机1停止工作,锁定小拖板4;组框时,将插入角连接件的框架8,框架8内四周布有硅密封条的光伏电池板,置于小拖板4的面上,启动液压泵,液压油带动液压缸3、液压缸3按预先设定的程序,分别推动四个顶角头5向框架8作角向方向运动,使角连接件压入框架8四角,同样,框架8内四周布有硅密封条的光伏电池板纳入框架8内,完成光伏电池板的组装,形成光伏电池组件。而后,通过电磁阀,使液压缸3带动相连的顶角头5脱离框架8,取出光伏电池组件。进入下一个工作程序。
