201020198089.4号实用新型专利提出了一种“双中空双壁封闭钢带增强型钢塑结构壁排水管”,它的管内壁是经卷绕、粘胶而将外腔壁粘接在一起的双中空塑料板带,双中空塑料板带中部卡槽内卷绕嵌入有封闭式增强异形钢带,管外壁为覆盖在双中空塑料板带和钢带外周上的塑胶层。该产品具有生产速度快,成品率高、重量轻、环刚度大、钢材封闭在塑料板带内、不会腐蚀的特点。由于已卷绕成螺旋形的钢带带圈之间无刚性连接,因此存在抗拉伸强度低、抗弯折能力差的缺陷,过大的拉伸力或弯折应力容易使管体开裂。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种网状钢条增强型双槽方形钢带钢塑复合管材,做到抗拉伸强度高,抗弯曲能力强。
本实用新型的管内壁是经卷绕,粘胶而将外腔壁相互粘结在一起的双槽塑料板带,双槽塑料板带的两个方形卡槽内分别卷绕嵌入有增强方形钢带,钢带横截面形状为方形,已卷绕成螺旋形的钢带外周上焊接有由轴向平行钢条和斜向交叉钢条构成的网状钢条,管外壁为覆盖在双槽塑料板带、网状钢条和钢带外周上的塑胶层。
该产品的生产工艺如下:将双槽方形塑料板带在模具上卷绕,边卷绕边粘胶将双槽塑料板带的外腔壁粘结在一起。与之同时,将两条增强方形钢带分别卷绕嵌入双槽塑料板带的两条方形卡槽内,接着沿已卷绕成螺旋形的钢带外周焊接轴向平行钢条和两两交叉的斜向交叉钢条,钢条与每个钢带带圈相交处用点焊方式焊接好,最后在双槽塑料板带、网状钢条和钢带外周上覆盖一层塑胶层。
与已有技术相比,本实用新型的特点是网状钢条的连接作用使成螺旋形的钢带的所有带圈固连成圆筒形整体,变软连接为刚性连接,整体性强,从而提高管材的抗拉伸、抗弯折和抗撞击强度,杜绝了开裂现象,使用寿命长,可达50年以上。
