Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型钢带增强聚乙烯螺旋波纹管结构,包括塑料内管、在塑料内管的外表面等距离缠绕有两边带有外翻边的波形成型钢带,在成型钢带外包覆外塑料层。塑料内管与波形成型钢带接触的部位设有增厚层。在成型钢带的外侧包覆外塑料层,同时,相邻两圈成型钢带的外翻边压脚的空隙部位,通过塑料外层和塑料内管的内壁粘合在一起。通过增加塑料内管与成型钢带翻边压脚处的厚度,提高成型钢带翻边处耐综合应力开裂的能力,使内壁不易开裂提高管材的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及管材技术领域,特别是涉及一种钢带增强聚乙烯螺旋波纹管结构。
背景技术
钢带增强聚乙烯螺旋波纹管由于具有环刚度高、连接方便、成本低等优点,目前越来越多地被用作市政建设等领域的埋地排水、排污管道。目前,现有钢带增强聚乙烯螺旋波纹管的生产方式均由在生产线将PE料与钢带熔融复合缠绕成型。主要起刚性作用的是波形成型钢带,成型钢带与塑料内管粘合位置需要达到一定的厚度要求才能支撑起钢带,使管材达到一定的环刚度。因塑料内管料粘合处厚度不足,容易造成管材内壁开裂,使管材使用寿命下降。
公告号CN 202109107 U 公开了一种钢带增强聚乙烯螺旋波纹管,该实用新型通过成型钢带外翻边和连接钢带的相互叠压,以增加成型钢带与塑料内管粘合位置的厚度。该实用新型结构复杂,且在粘合处的厚度上对成型钢带与连接钢带的叠压要求过高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题和不足,提供一种能提高管强度,内壁不易开裂、不渗漏,使用寿命长的钢带增强聚乙烯螺旋波纹管结构。
本发明的技术方案是,一种新型钢带增强聚乙烯螺旋波纹管结构,包括塑料内管,波形成型钢带和外塑料层,波形成型钢带等距离缠绕于塑料内管的外表面,波形成型钢带外包覆外塑料层,塑料内管与波形成型钢带接触的部位设有增厚层。该增厚层可避免以往成型钢带与塑料内管外表面直接接触,从而通过增加塑料内管与成型钢带翻边压脚处的厚度,提高成型钢带翻边处耐综合应力开裂的能力,使内壁不易开裂提高管材的使用寿命。
进一步的,成型钢带的外侧包覆外塑料层,与塑料内管的内壁粘接在一起。外塑料层的作用是通过与塑料内管的内壁进行粘合从而固定钢带,使其不易变形。
进一步的,相邻两圈成型钢带的外翻边压脚之间的空隙部位,通过塑料外层和塑料内管的内壁粘合在一起。作用在于防止钢带变形。
进一步的,成型钢带是截面形状为两边带有外翻边的U形异型钢带,且在该成型钢带外涂敷有粘接树脂。在钢带和外塑料层之间有一过渡层,即在钢带外涂敷粘接树脂,将钢带与塑料紧密粘接,同时防止水和空气对钢带的腐蚀。
本发明的内管增厚层可采用多种方式实现,如所述增厚层为采用两端厚中间薄的异型管坯缠绕成型。又如所述增厚层为在成型的内管外表面等距离缠绕实壁管坯。
本发明的优点在于:只需通过适量增加管材的钢带压脚与塑料内管连接位置处的PE厚度,即可提高管材一定的环刚度,提高管材质量的稳定性。减少因内壁开裂而造成的维护费用,并且厚度增加后,大大增加管材的使用寿命。

具体实施方案
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示实施例,本发明采用热挤塑缠绕成型工艺制作。通过内层成型口模,热挤塑出塑料内管1的结构,然后在塑料内管1的外表面等距离缠绕有两边带有外翻边的成型钢带,如图2所示,即图1中A部分的放大图,成型钢带翻边压脚压落于塑料内管1增厚的外表面上,再在成型钢带外包覆外塑料层3,同时塑料内管1与外塑料层3粘固连在一起。

Claims (6)
1. 一种新型钢带增强聚乙烯螺旋波纹管结构,包括塑料内管,波形成型钢带和外塑料层,波形成型钢带等距离缠绕于塑料内管的外表面,波形成型钢带外包覆外塑料层,其特征在于,所述塑料内管与波形成型钢带接触的部位设有增厚层。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的钢带增强聚乙烯螺旋波纹管结构,其特征在于,所述成型钢带的外侧包覆外塑料层,与塑料内管的内壁粘接在一起。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的钢带增强聚乙烯螺旋波纹管结构,其特征在于,所述相邻两圈成型钢带的外翻边压脚之间的空隙部位,通过外塑料层和塑料内管的内壁粘合在一起。
4. 根据权利要求2所述的钢带增强聚乙烯螺旋波纹管结构,其特征在于,所述成型钢带是截面形状为两边带有外翻边的U形异型钢带,且在该成型钢带外涂敷有粘接树脂。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的钢带增强聚乙烯螺旋波纹管结构,其特征在于,所述增厚层为采用两端厚中间薄的异型管坯缠绕成型。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的钢带增强聚乙烯螺旋波纹管结构,其特征在于,所述增厚层为在成型的内管外表面等距离缠绕实壁管坯。
