注塑机的机筒安装在机筒支架上，机筒支架安装在机座上，在机筒的进料口需要冷却，防止塑料粒子在进料区过早受热，结块而堵塞料口，现有技术(如图1所示)在机筒1′和机筒支架2′上直接开进料口21′，同时冷却水孔5′也开在机筒支架2′上。上述结构存在着如下缺点：一是机筒支架2′上开进料口21′后与机筒1′的安装和拆卸麻烦，校对困难；二是机筒支架2′壁薄，冷却水孔5′少，冷却效果差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点，提供一种机筒支架与机筒安装方便，有利于拆卸，机筒进料区冷却效果好的注塑机改进型机筒进料口和冷却装置。
本实用新型注塑机改进型机筒进料口和冷却装置的技术方案是：其特征在于机筒支架的端部连接法兰，进料口开制在法兰上，并在法兰中钻两个以上冷却水孔。
