球磨机是物料破碎之后，再进行粉碎的关键设备。它广泛应用于水泥、硝酸盐制品、新型建筑材料、耐火材料、化肥、黑色或有色金属选矿以及玻璃陶瓷等生产行业，对各种矿石或其他可磨性物料进行干式或湿式粉磨。球磨机端部衬板是磨机设备中磨损最严重的一类部件，衬板多采用高锰钢材料制作，一般工作表面为平面或曲面。为了提高球磨机端部衬板的使用寿命，目前主要采用的方法是根据衬板磨损状况，增大严重磨损区的厚度，但是改进后的端部衬板工作面仍属于平面或曲面形式，磨料对其磨损状态未变，而且衬板厚度增加会加重铸件内部的缩孔、缩松、晶粒粗大等现象，对衬板使用寿命造成不利影响。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种耐磨性好、使用寿命长的球磨机端部衬板。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种耐磨端部衬板，它包括衬板本体，所述衬板本体上设置有若干个安装孔，其特点是：衬板本体工作表面上设置有凸筋。
所述凸筋采用平直筋或弧形筋。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：
本实用新型一种耐磨端部衬板，其衬板本体上设置有凸筋，当球磨机运转时，研磨体与物料一同被凸筋带起一定高度后落下，从而减少了研磨体与物料对衬板本体的相对滑动及摩擦，改善了衬板的磨损状况，衬板耐磨性能较好，有效地提高了衬板的使用寿命。

参见图1，本实用新型涉及一种耐磨端部衬板，它包括衬板本体1，衬板本体1的材料采用高锰钢，其工作表面采用平面或平曲面，衬板本体1上设置有若干个安装孔2，衬板本体1工作表面上设置有一凸筋3，凸筋3可以与衬板本体1一同铸出，也可以通过焊接固定到衬板本体1工作表面上。适当减少衬板本体1的厚度，使设置凸筋3后的端部衬板与未设置凸筋前重量相当，以控制衬板材料成本。凸筋的高度应超过磨球的直径，但不能过高，以免增加动力消耗和减少磨机容积，凸筋3的厚度应与衬板本体1的厚度相当。凸筋3可以采用平直筋，也可采用弧形筋。
