本实用新型公开了一种气化器用的高效星形换热管,包括外部星形翅片、内管以及扰流杆,是海水开架式气化器上的核心部件,属于液化天然气气化行业技术领域。其特别之处在于换热管具有双层结构,在换热管内部设置有内管和扰流杆,能有效降低换热管内外侧结冰的可能性,同时强化管内流体的湍流程度,有效提高换热效率。本实用新型结构简单、合理;制作成本低、外形美观和安全可靠,能提高气化器的性能。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种气化器用的高效星形换热管。
背景技术
随着天然气工业的迅速发展,它在一次能源结构中的比重越来越大。如今,LNG(液化天然气)已经成为一门迅猛发展的新兴工业。LNG是-162℃的低温流体,因此在实际应用之中,都需要将LNG气化并恢复到常温以后才能使用,海水开架式气化器是一种专门用于液化天然气气化的换热器。
气化器的基本单元是换热管,有若干换热管组成板状排列,两端与集气管或集液管焊接形成一个管板,再由若干个管板组成气化器。LNG从下部总管进入,在管束板内由下向上垂直流动,海水自管束板的上端沿管束外表面流下,将热量通过换热管传递给液化天然气,使其加热并气化。普通的换热管换热效率不高。
国内目前还没有大型的类似产品的专业厂家,在该方面的研究也还处于空白阶段,所以海水开架式气化器的研究为国内新技术。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种海水开架式气化器用高效星形换热管,以解决传统的换热管存在的结构复杂、成本高、换热效率不理想等技术问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:
该换热管包括外部星形翅片、内部插槽,将换热管分为气化段和加热段,在气化段设置有内管和气化段扰流杆,所述的内管将换热管内部分为双层结构,在加热段设置有加热段扰流杆。
所述的换热管是采用具有高换热系数的铝合金材料挤压成型。
所述的扰流杆采用的是螺旋形十字交叉结构。
本实用新型具有以下优点:
结构简单、合理;制作成本低、外形美观;能提高气化器的性能,降低管外结冰的可能性,换热效率高、安全可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型进一步说明。
本实用新型由外部星形翅片1、内管2、气化段扰流杆3、加热段扰流杆 4组成,并且在翅片管1的内部开有插槽。翅片管1、内管2和扰流杆均通过挤压成型。扰流杆采用的是螺旋形十字交叉结构。然后再将内管2和气化段扰流杆3在翅片管底部内侧焊接固定,加热段扰流杆4在翅片管顶部内侧焊接固定。
外部具有星形形状的翅片1,它可以增大换热面积,有效提高换热系数。内部设置有插槽,其目的也是增大换热面积,有效提高换热系数。
换热管具有双层结构,根据气化的过程,将换热管分为气化段和加热段,在气化段设置有内管2和扰流杆3,其目的是降低换热管内外侧结冰的可能性,同时强化管内流体的湍流程度,有效提高换热效率;在加热段设置有扰流杆4,其目的也是强化管内流体的湍流程度,有效提高换热效率。扰流杆采用的是螺旋形十字交叉结构,即在沿换热管中心轴线方向上,扰流杆依次错位呈螺旋形排列。
所述的换热管整体结构采用铝合金材料挤压成型。

1.一种海水开架式气化器用高效星形换热管,其特征在于:该换热管包括外部星形翅片、内部插槽;将换热管分为气化段和加热段,在气化段设置有内管和气化段扰流杆,所述的内管将换热管内部分为双层结构;在加热段设置有加热段扰流杆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种海水开架式气化器用高效星形换热管,其特征在于:所述的换热管是采用具有高换热系数的铝合金材料挤压成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种海水开架式气化器用高效星形换热管,其特征在于:所述的扰流杆采用的是螺旋形十字交叉结构。
