现有的洗药机包括机架，通过轴承安装在机架上的滚筒以及电机传动装置，所述的机箱上安装有喷水管，喷水管上分布有喷水组孔，所述的滚筒内部设有可以翻转药材，并能使其从进料口向出料口移动的内螺旋导板。现有的洗药机清洗药材时，用水量大，清洗时药材流失量大，且易产生二次污染。
