本实用新型公开了一种反应釜。包括釜体、釜盖，釜体下端设有出料口，釜体内部设有搅拌机构，釜盖上设有进料口及进水口，紧贴釜盖内壁设有带小孔水管，该水管沿釜盖周向一圈后向径向延伸。本实用新型通过在釜盖内壁设置该形状水管，能够实现不打开釜盖就可进行清洗，并且较传统的清洗装置更能够有效地实现清洗，节约用水量。

本实用新型涉及一种反应釜。
背景技术：
反应釜是现有的墙体涂料生产中必不可少的设备之一，当更换产品时，需要彻底清洗，否则会因留有上一产品的残渣而导致现有产品品质下降甚至不合格。现有传统的反应釜逐渐开始在釜体内部增加清洗装置，但是无法有效地清洗内壁，并且搅拌机构上的残留物质需要通过将水充满整个釜体内部后开启反应釜进行搅拌才得以清洗干净，反应釜体积较大，故非常浪费水资源，不环保。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术之不足，而提供一种反应釜，能够高效地清洗反应釜内壁及搅拌机构上的残留物质，节约用水量。
本实用新型的技术解决措施如下：
一种反应釜，包括釜体、釜盖，所述釜体下端设有出料口，釜体内部设有搅拌机构，釜盖上设有进料口及进水口，紧贴釜盖内壁设有带小孔水管，该水管沿釜盖周向一圈后向径向延伸。
前述的反应釜，所述水管周向上的小孔均朝向釜盖内壁，水管径向延伸部分的小孔垂直向下。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：
本实用新型通过设置紧贴釜盖内壁的带小孔水管，能够高效地清洗反应釜内壁及搅拌机构上的残留物质，节约用水量。

具体实施方式：
实施例：参见图1至图2，一种反应釜，包括釜体1、釜盖2，所述釜体1下端设有出料口3，釜体1内部设有搅拌机构4，釜盖2上设有进料口5及进水口6，紧贴釜盖2内壁设有水管7。
如图2所示，所述水管7沿釜盖2周向一圈后向径向延伸，水管7上开有若干个小孔71，水管7周向上的小孔71均朝向釜盖2内壁，水管7径向延伸部分的小孔71垂直向下。清洗时，打开进水口6，通过水管7周向上的小孔71直接冲洗到釜体1及釜盖2的内壁，水管7径向延伸部分的小孔71垂直向下冲洗搅拌机构4，开启反应釜，实行搅拌动作，则能快速清洗到搅拌机构4的各个部分。如此则无需将反应釜内水注满便可高效地清洗到搅拌机构4。
综上所述，本实用新型既能高效地清洗反应釜，又能节约用水量。

1.一种反应釜，包括釜体、釜盖，其特征在于：釜体下端设有出料口，釜体内部设有搅拌机构，釜盖上设有进料口及进水口，紧贴釜盖内壁设有带小孔水管，该水管沿釜盖周向一圈后向径向延伸。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的反应釜，其特征在于：所述水管周向上的小孔均朝向釜盖内壁，水管径向延伸部分的小孔垂直向下。
