Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种可将丝状物料压缩成捆的液压双箱卧式压捆机，具有一个水平放置的液压油缸和两个对称设置在液压油缸两边的压缩箱，压缩箱两侧设有侧门，顶部设有上盖，在每个压缩箱内各有一个与液压油缸活塞撑杆相连接的推板。实际工作时，在液压油缸活塞撑杆做左右两向往返运动过程中，左右两个压缩箱可分别进行填料、压捆、卸载作业，各操作步骤依次循环进行，使液压油缸往返做功压捆，无空载，可大大提高液压设备的利用率。

本实用新型属于农用机械技术领域，涉及一种可将丝状物料压缩成捆的卧式压捆机。
背景技术
我国是一个农业大国，每年到收获时节全国各地都要产生大量的各种农作物秸秆，如麦秆、豆秆、水稻秸秆、棉花秸秆、玉米秸秆、芦苇秸秆等。由于各种秸秆在自然状态下极为松散，传统的收集、运输和储存秸秆的方式中既不经济又不安全，而且还产生了非常大的资源浪费，因而往往对秸秆采用压缩成捆的方式，以利于秸秆的收集、运输和储存。现有的液压单箱卧式压捆机都是单行程单箱压捆，再回程卸载，回程是空载，存在着产量低、动力浪费大、液压设备得不到充分利用、工作效率低等缺陷。就本领域市场而言，目前迫切需求有高效秸秆压缩机械用于秸秆的收集、贮存与运输等方面。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有的单箱压捆机回程空载、液压设备得不到充分利用的不足，提供一种结构合理、操作方便的液压双箱卧式压捆机，该压捆机在工作中可一边填料一边压捆，可使液压缸往返做功压捆，无空载。
用于实现上述发明目的的技术方案是这样的：所提供的液压双箱 卧式压捆机具有一个水平放置的液压油缸和两个对称设置在液压油缸两边的压缩箱，压缩箱两侧设有侧门，预部设有上盖，在每个压缩箱内各有一个与液压油缸活塞撑杆相连接的推板。实际工作时，在液压油缸活塞做左右两向往返运动过程中，左右两个压缩箱可分别进行填料、压捆、卸载作业，各操作步骤依次循环进行，使液压油缸往返做功压捆，无空载。
本实用新型的技术解决方案还包括：液压油缸通过油管连接齿轮油泵，齿轮油泵通过联轴器与电动机相连，齿轮油泵和液压油箱之间连接手动换向阀，电动机、液压油缸、齿轮油泵、液压油箱都安装在机架上，在机架下安装有两个万向轮和两个行走轮。
本实用新型的有益效果是：采用液压双箱卧式结构提高液压设备的利用率，在不增加动力的情况下，可使单位时间产量提高一倍。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图对本实用新型内容做进一步说明，但本实用新型的具体实施形式并不仅限于下述的实施例。
参见附图，本实用新型所述的液压双箱卧式压捆机主要由规架2以及设置在机架2上的液压油缸4、电动机8、液压油箱7、齿轮油泵6、分配器5、压缩箱1等组成，机架下可安装万向轮和行走轮。 在附图中，左、右两个压缩箱1对称放置在液压油缸4两侧，每个压缩箱1内各有一个与可做左右两向往返运动的液压油缸活塞撑杆相连接的推板3，压缩箱的两侧设有侧门，顶部设有上盖，可垂直填料，液压水平压缩。在液压油缸活塞往返运动过程中，左、右两个压缩箱1分别进行填料、压捆、卸载作业，依次循环进行，使液压油缸4往返做功压捆，无空载。液压油缸4通过油管连接齿轮油泵6，齿轮油泵6通过联轴器与电动机8相连，齿轮油泵6和液压油箱7之间连接手动换向阀。工作时，关闭紧锁压缩箱的两侧门，将秸秆由上面填满箱体后，关闭上盖，锁住插锁，齿轮油泵6在电动机8的驱动下，操纵分配器5，使液压油作定向流动，推动活塞撑杆进行往返做功，以达到压捆，卸捆的目的。压捆完成后，打开压缩箱两侧箱门，用铁丝或塑料绳对压实的秸秆进行捆扎。当左边压缩箱1进行填料压捆阶段的同时右边压缩箱1恰处在卸捆阶段，与之相应，当右边压缩箱1填料后进行压捆时左边压缩箱1又是处在卸捆之时，这样两边的压缩箱依序交替进行填料压捆和卸捆，使液压油缸往返做功压捆，无空载，大大提高了液压设备的利用率。

1.一种液压双箱卧式压捆机，其特征在于具有一个水平放置的液压油缸(4)和两个对称设置在液压油缸(4)两边的压缩箱(1)，压缩箱(1)两侧设有侧门，顶部设有上盖，在每个压缩箱(1)内各有一个与液压油缸活塞撑杆相连接的推板(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液压双箱卧式压捆机，其特征在于液压油缸(4)通过油管连接齿轮油泵(6)，齿轮油泵(6)通过联轴器与电动机(8)相连，齿轮油泵(6)和液压油箱(7)之间连接手动换向阀，电动机(8)、液压油缸(4)、齿轮油泵(6)、液压油箱(7)都安装在机架上，在机架下安装有两个万向轮和两个行走轮。
