本实用新型公开了一种新型曲轴衬套,包括两侧开口且内部中空的圆柱形壳体,壳体中部设有的环内壁的凹槽,壳体上均匀设有穿透壳体的圆孔,该圆孔中填充有石墨,在凹槽上设有进油孔以及出油孔,在两侧开口上还设有密封圈。在连接曲轴时,润滑油由进油孔注入,石墨吸收油份并存储可以延长衬套保持润滑的时间,两端的密封圈可以保证润滑油不外露,多余的油从出油孔排除,可以有效防止漏油污染。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种衬套,特别涉及一种有防漏油且具有突出润滑功能的曲轴衬套。
背景技术
现有的衬套,作为轴承的连接装置,在轴承工作时,衬套内部需要注入机油,起到润滑作用。这种结构的衬套,其内壁中部设有环内壁的凹槽,该凹槽上设有一近油孔,用以注入机油。注入机油后,机油容易从衬套的两侧开口处流出,进而污染整个机台。而且这种结构的衬套如果需要长时间保持润滑,就需要每隔一段时间注入一次机油,造成了浪费并扩大了机油污染。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的是为了克服上述背景技术中所述的缺点,提供一种可以有效防止漏油且延长润滑时间的曲轴衬套。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种新型曲轴衬套,包括两侧开口且内部中空的圆柱形壳体,壳体中部设有的环内壁的凹槽,壳体上均匀设有穿透壳体的圆孔,该圆孔中填充有石墨,在凹槽上设有进油孔以及出油孔,在两侧开口上还设有密封圈。
本实用新型在连接曲轴时,润滑油由进油孔注入,石墨吸收油份并存储可以延长衬套保持润滑的时间,两端的密封圈可以保证润滑油不外露,多余的油从出油孔排除,可以有效防止漏油污染机台。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的衬套(1),主体采用黄铜制造,整个壳体(2)为中空的圆柱形,在壳体中间设有环内侧壁的内环凹槽(3),在壳体内壁上还设有垂直于内环凹槽的竖槽,该竖槽可以是三道,从而三等分内环凹槽,该内环凹槽和竖槽作为油槽使用,在壳体上均匀的设有石墨填充孔(4),该孔可以填充石墨,在壳体上对应环形凹槽的位置上还开设有出油孔(7)和进油孔(6),衬套主体两侧还设有密封圈(5),如图2所示再衬套安装在曲轴(8)上时,该密封圈可以密封衬套与曲轴(8)之间的空隙。
本实施例在向衬套注入作为润滑和冷却作用的机油时,首先先从进油孔把衬套内部抽真空,然后注入机油,此时石墨可以充分吸收并存贮一定量的机油,而且石墨本身也有润滑效果,从而保证了衬套内的长期润滑作用,由于密封圈的密封效果,过量的油不会从衬套与曲轴连接的部位溢出,只能由出油孔经出油管道排出。这样保证了外界不会被露出的机油污染。

1.一种新型曲轴衬套,包括两侧开口且内部中空的圆柱形壳体,壳体中部设有的环内壁的凹槽,其特征是壳体上均匀设有穿透壳体的圆孔,该圆孔中填充有石墨,在凹槽上设有进油孔以及出油孔,在两侧开口上还设有密封圈。
