Abstract

本实用新型公开一种太阳能板安装用波形支座,其连接太阳能板与屋顶,其包括一固定太阳能板的压块、一波形座、一连接压块与该波形座的Z形卡块和螺栓;所述的波形座内设置有符合Z形卡件形状的轨道,所述的Z形卡块卡设于轨道上,螺栓连接压块与Z形卡块。所述的波形座与太阳能板的结合面为一齿形平面。与现有技术相比,本实用新型波形支座采用的是双层边设计,能承受较大的压力。齿形结合面增加了表面粗糙度,有效防止太阳能板滑动加大受力面积。本实用新型Z形卡件与轨道的配合,从根本上保证了连接的可靠度,且安装简便、牢固。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种太阳能板的安装部件,尤其指连接太阳能板与屋顶的连接件。
背景技术
随着国际社会对节能减排的重视,太阳能产品越来越受到广泛的应用,光伏发电的应用更普遍,为了更有效,更安全,更方便快捷地使用光伏板,必须为光伏板提供一种有效的固定装置。对于操作人员,这种装置,还需要有方便快捷的可操作性,以节省施工时间,提高工作效率,减轻劳动强度。BIPV就是作为光伏板的支撑和固定的一种形式,其主要特点是光伏系统与建筑一体化,可充分利用建筑空间,更有效地吸收阳光。波形支座就是连接太阳能板与屋顶的一个重要零件,并通过与其它零件配合使用达到安装的目的。
如图3所示的波形支座,其主要包括一固定太阳能板5’的压块1’(包括中压块和侧压块),可根据太阳能板的规格选取相应的压块;还包括一连接压块1’和卡件3’的螺栓2’,所述的卡件3’与一波形座4’相连,该波形座4’采用齿形设计,与屋顶构造一致,因此能十分有效地与屋顶固定在一起。波形座4’的设计必须考虑到与卡件3’之间是否有足够的强度及可靠度,该产品整体构造简单,避免了由于构造复杂不便于安装的因素, 但存在以下几个缺点:
1.波形座4’的b处为单独的直边,很容易产生弯曲、变形;且与卡件3’之间有较大空隙,易导致卡件3’脱离波形座4’,影响结构的稳定性;
2.支承面a处面积非常小,不利于承受较大的荷载,且采用平滑的材质易引起太阳能板的滑动;
3.结构c处单独受力,一旦承受较大的拉力,很容易被拉断,且c处与d处连接的可靠度不高,容易发生错位。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足之处,本实用新型提供一种太阳能板安装用波形支座。其可承受较大的压力、不易发生构件弯曲等现象,而且安装简便。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型技术方案为:
太阳能板安装用波形支座,其连接太阳能板与屋顶,其包括一波形座、一连接太阳能板与该波形座的Z形卡块和螺栓;所述的波形座内设置有符合Z形卡件形状的轨道,所述的Z形卡块卡设于轨道上,螺栓连接压块与Z形卡块。
所述的波形座与太阳能板的结合面为一齿形平面。
所述轨道设置于波形座凹弧部的上方,一横条设置于轨道与凹弧部之间。
所述的波形座的波形面设有一个以上的固定孔。
上述技术方案的有益之处在于:
本实用新型考虑了波形支座的受力性能,而且注意到连接的可靠度,使总体连接紧凑,避免了由于空隙而产生偏移。与现有技术相比,本实用新型波形支座采用的是双层边设计,避免了只有单边承受集中力而发生曲折的情况出现,并与齿形平面A形成整体结构,能承受较大的压力。加设一横条(如图2所示的C处)起到拉力作用,可防止波形座下部发生弯曲。波形座连接部与太阳能板的结合面A处采用齿形外观,增加了表面粗糙度能有效防止太阳能板滑动;且其表面受力面积较大,因此承受荷载较均匀,有利于分散荷载避免集中受力而破坏结构,同时不易发生弯曲等现象。本实用新型设计了符合Z形卡件形状的轨道,使Z形卡件双边受力,避免只有单侧受力的情况出现;轨道与Z形卡件的防呆条(如图2所示的D处)配合,使卡件能正确嵌入轨道(避免装反),并且不易产生偏移,从根本上保证了连接的可靠度;而且安装简便,只须将Z形卡件一侧对准轨道放入,同时使另一侧也进入轨道然后用螺栓锁紧就能十分牢固。本实用新型的波形座上还设置了多个固定孔,有更多的选择余地,使安装更加灵活。

具体实施方式
现结合附图和实施例说明本实用新型。
图示1、2所示的太阳能板安装用波形支座,用于连接太阳能板与屋顶。其包括一固定太阳能板的压块1、一波形座4、一Z形卡块3和螺栓2。所述的波形座4内设置有符合Z形卡件3形状的轨道41,所述的Z形卡块3卡设于轨道41上,使Z形卡件3双边受力,避免只有单侧受力的情况出现。
轨道41与Z形卡件3的防呆条(如图2所示的D处)配合,使卡件能正确嵌入轨道(避免装反),并且不易产生偏移,从根本上保证了连接的可靠度。而且安装简便,只须将Z形卡件3一侧对准轨道41放入,同时使另一侧也进入轨道41然后用螺栓2锁紧就能十分牢固的连接压块1与Z形卡块3。所述的波形座4与太阳能板5的结合面为一齿形平面42,该齿形平面42增加了表面粗糙度,能有效防止太阳能板5滑动;且其表面受力面积较大,因此承受荷载较均匀,有利于分散荷载避免集中受力而破坏结构,同时不易发生弯曲等现象。所述轨道42设置于波形座凹弧部的上方,一横条43设置于轨道41与凹弧部44之间,起到拉力作用,可防止波形座4下部发生弯曲。如图4所示,本实用新型还于波形座4的波形面设有一个以上的固定孔45,为安装提供了更多的选择余地,使安装更加灵活。

1.太阳能板安装用波形支座,其连接太阳能板与屋顶,特征在于:其包括一波形座、一连接太阳能板与该波形座的Z形卡块和螺栓;所述的波形座内设置有符合Z形卡件形状的轨道,所述的Z形卡块卡设于轨道上,螺栓连接压块与Z形卡块。
2.如权利要求1所述的太阳能板安装用波形支座,其特征在于:所述的波形座与太阳能板的结合面为一齿形平面。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的太阳能板安装用波形支座,其特征在于:所述轨道设置于波形座凹弧部的上方,一横条设置于轨道与凹弧部之间。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的太阳能板安装用波形支座,其特征在于:所述的波形座的波形面设有一个以上的固定孔。
