Abstract

一种太阳能光伏板安装支架,包括导轨、连接板、光伏板、T型或L型压板和T型或L型脚,特点是导轨置有纵向凹槽和横向凹槽,纵向凹槽内置滑块通过螺栓紧固件与T型或L型压板固定连接,横向凹槽内置滑块通过螺栓紧固件与T型或L型脚紧固连接。纵向凹槽和横向凹槽的槽口置有的内翻边与内置滑块两侧的凸筋形状相吻合一致。导轨和T型或L型脚的连接面分别置有形状相互吻合的锯齿状。本实用新型的优点是:1)滑块上的凸筋与导轨纵向凹槽或横向凹槽两侧槽口置有的内翻边形状相吻合一致,在用螺栓紧固后有自锁作用,当光伏板受到侧力时滑块不会因导轨变形而脱开;2)导轨与T型或L型脚连接面锯齿状结构,能防止导轨位置相对滑移。

本实用新型属太阳能应用技术领域,具体涉及一种太阳能光伏板的安装支架。
背景技术
将太阳能作为一种能源和动力加以利用,已有300多年的历史,而在石油、煤等资源类能源日趋紧张的今天,将太阳能作为急需开发的新能源,作为未来能源结构的基础,则只是人们近年来迫切关心的研究课题。
太阳能光伏板组件是一种暴露在阳光下便会产生直流电的发电装置,光伏板组件可以制成不同形状,而组件又可相互连接,以产生更多电力。在屋顶或建筑物墙体表面均可安装使用光伏板组件为房屋提供照明,并为电网供电。因为光伏板组件是根据需要的光伏板规格,在屋面等露天场合设置安装的,因此设计、安装的支架有其特殊要求,必须具备安装牢固,维护保养简便,材料省等优点,以及能长期经受大风等全天候考验。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、使用简便、安装牢固,适合在不同场合安装的太阳能光伏板安装支架。
为达到上述目的采用的技术方案是;一种太阳能光伏板安装支架,包括导轨、连接板、光伏板、T型或L型压板和T型或L型脚,其特征在于:所述导轨置有纵向凹槽和横向凹槽,所述纵向凹槽内置滑块通过螺栓紧固件与T型或L型压板固定连接,横向凹槽内置滑块通过螺栓紧固件与T型或L型脚紧固连接。
所述纵向凹槽和横向凹槽的两侧槽口置有内翻边,内置所述滑块两侧置有凸筋,所述内翻边的形状与所述凸筋的形状相吻合。
所述导轨和T型(或L型)脚的连接面分别呈形状相互吻合的锯齿状。
本实用新型的积极效果是:1)滑块上的凸筋与导轨纵向凹槽或横向凹槽两侧槽口的内翻边形状相互吻合一致,在用螺栓紧固后有自锁作用,当光伏板受到大风等侧力时滑块不会因导轨变形而脱开;2)导轨与T型或L型脚连接面呈锯齿状结构,起调整光伏板安装面用,导轨紧固固定后能防止导轨位置相对滑移。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
由图1~图3所示可见,一种太阳能光伏板安装支架,包括导轨1、连接板2、光伏板3、T型或L型压板4、T型或L型脚5,其特征在于:所述导轨1置有纵向凹槽6和横向凹槽7,所述纵向凹槽6内置滑块10通过螺栓紧固件与T型或L型压板4固定连接,横向凹槽7内置滑块10通过螺栓紧固件与T型或L型脚5紧固连接。
图4中所述纵向凹槽6和横向凹槽7的两侧槽口置有内翻边8,内置所述滑块10两侧置有凸筋11(图5),所述内翻边8的形状与所述凸筋11的形状相吻合。
所述导轨1和T型或L型脚5的连接面分别置有大小相互吻合的锯齿状9,分别见图4和图6。
安装时,T型脚或L型脚5固定安装于屋面或其它构件上,置于导轨1横向凹槽7内的滑块10通过螺栓紧固件与T型或L型脚5固定连接。导轨1长度不限,可通过连接板2按需连接延长。将光伏板3置于导轨1上,扣合光伏板3的T型或L型压板4,通过螺栓紧固件与置于导轨1纵向凹槽6内的滑块10固定连接,同时将光伏板3。与导轨1固定连接。
本实用新型结构简单、使用简便、安装牢固,适合在不同场合安装。

1.一种太阳能光伏板安装支架,包括导轨(1)、连接板(2)、光伏板(3)、T型或L型压板(4)和T型或L型脚(5),其特征在于:所述导轨(1)置有纵向凹槽(6)和横向凹槽(7),所述纵向凹槽(6)内置滑块(10)通过螺栓紧固件与T型或L型压板(4)固定连接,横向凹槽(7)内置滑块(10)通过螺栓紧固件与T型或L型脚(5)紧固连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种太阳能光伏板安装支架,其特征在于:所述纵向凹槽(6)和横向凹槽(7)的两侧槽口置有内翻边(8),内置所述滑块(10)两侧置有凸筋(11),所述内翻边(8)的形状与所述凸筋(11)的形状相吻合。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种太阳能光伏板安装支架,其特征在于:所述导轨(1)和T型或L型脚(5)的连接面分别置有形状相互吻合的锯齿状(9)。
