现有的预制分支电缆导体主要是铜芯导体用铜导体为主,由于铜导体其价格昂贵,密度大,造成安装使用成本很高,而对资源造成很大的浪费。

本实用新型正是针对以上技术问题,提供一种结构简单、导电性能好、价格低的铜包铝导体预制分支电缆。

分岔电缆,它由预制分支连接体、主干电缆、分支电缆、主干电缆分支处导、分支电缆端头导体、预制分支连接件、高压模塑绝缘层组成,主干电缆、分支电缆被高压模塑绝缘层分隔开,主干电缆分支处导体、分支电缆端头导体上端通过预制分支连接件与主干电缆连接,主干电缆分支处导体和分支电缆端头导体均为铜包铝单线绞合而成,预制分支连接体内部有主干电缆分支导体、分支电缆导体、预制分支连接件、高压模塑绝缘层,主干电缆分支处导体、分支电缆端头导体和预制分支连接件被高压模塑绝缘层包覆组成预制分支连接体,主干电缆分支处导体下端接回主干电缆,分支电缆端头导体下端与分支电缆连接。

主干电缆分支处导体7、分支电缆端头导体4被高压模塑绝缘层6包覆,形成分支连接体1。主干电缆2、分支电缆3被高压模塑绝缘层6分隔开。
主干电缆分支处导体7、分支电缆端头导体4上端通过预制分支连接件5与主干电缆2连接,主干电缆分支处导体7下端接回主干电缆2,分支电缆端头导体4下端与分支电缆3连接。
