技术领域
本实用新型涉及架空输配变电线路以及变电站线路用接续管,具体涉及铝合金芯高导电率铝绞线输电线路中使用的接续管。
背景技术
随着电网建设和用电需求的高速发展,铝合金芯高导电率铝绞线因具有输电效率高、节能性能优越等优点,主要适用于架空大跨越电力传输线路以及沿海或有腐蚀气候的地区线路。但由于铝合金芯高导电率铝绞线与传统的钢芯铝绞线的材质不同,不能采用传统的直接压接固定,其存在握力不稳定、铝合金绞线损坏及破断股等安全隐患,从而导致架空线路的输电线路存在安全隐患。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述新型导线的特点,设计了一种适用于铝合金芯高导电率铝绞线输电线路用接续管,目的在于:解决两段铝合金芯高导电率铝绞线连接以及接续管压接质量问题,采用两次压接,满足两段导线的连接、固定、拉紧等要求,从而提高铝合金芯高导电率铝绞线在输电线路运行中的安全性。
本实用新型技术解决方案:
一种铝合金芯高导电率铝绞线接续管,其特征在于:所述接续管包括接续管主体、双向压接管,其中,所述接续管主体设置为中空通透圆环状,所述双向压接管采用中空圆柱体,双向压接管放于接续管主体内。
所述双向压接管壁厚为2~5mm。
所述接续管为铝管。
本实用新型有益效果:
本实用新型先将两段铝合金芯高导电率铝绞线分别插入双向压接管的两端,采用鱼鳞状压接,压接后再整体放入接续管主体中间进行第二次压接,提高压接质量,保证了两段绞线通过接续管两次压接后连接的机械疲劳性能和电气性能,从而提高了铝合金芯高导电率铝绞线输电线路的安全可靠性。

具体实施方式
    下面结合附图和实施例来具体说明本实用新型。
如图1至图3所示:铝合金芯高导电率铝绞线接续管包括接续管主体1、双向压接管2,其中,接续管主体1设置为中空通透圆环状,双向压接管2采用壁厚在2~5mm的中空圆柱体。
具体操作过程如下:
先将两段铝合金芯高导电率铝绞线分别剥去外面的;
两段铝合金芯高导电率铝绞线3、4分别插入双向压接管2的两端,采用鱼鳞状压接,压接后再整体放入接续管主1中间进行第二次压接;
将一段铝合金芯高导电率铝绞线3按居中标记插入接续管本体1里面,然后从接续管主体1表面对应的压接区中间开始,采用鱼鳞状向铝合金芯高导电率铝绞线3方向依次压接;
另外一段铝合金芯高导电率铝绞线4采用上述方法进行压接。
综上,两段铝合金绞线3、4通过接续管本体1、双向压接管2连接、固定在一起。

1.铝合金芯高导电率铝绞线接续管,其特征在于:所述接续管包括接续管主体、双向压接管,其中,所述接续管主体设置为中空通透圆环状,所述双向压接管采用中空圆柱体,双向压接管放于接续管主体内。
2.如权利要求1所述的接续管,其特征在于:所述双向压接管壁厚为2~5mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的接续管,其特征在于:所述接续管为铝管。
