Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种储水浮桶的进水结构,包括进水口、出水管和带有存水槽的储水浮桶,其特征在于进水口具有一经过出水管的通道,该通道具有一储水腔和一导流孔,该导流孔连通所述储水腔和所述出水管外壁。由于储水腔的存在,使得从进水口而来的水部分受重力作用而充分收集在储水腔内,这部分水量通过导流孔又充分进入储水浮桶的存水槽,从而在不同的水压条件下,均能有效为浮桶配重,提高浮桶工作的稳定性。

一种储水浮桶的进水结构
技术领域
本实用新型公开了一种储水浮桶的进水结构,用于马桶浮桶控制阀的领域。
背景技术
在抽水马桶自动控制阀的运用当中,利用浮桶工作的控制阀已经广泛普及。该类阀门利用浮桶在水箱中对液位高度的感应来控制阀门的通断,从而实现自动维持马桶水箱水量的目的。在较多的浮桶改进方案中,比较常见的情况是,浮桶上具有一水槽,在整个出水管的进水口处开导流孔,使得从出水管排出的水有少量可以经过导流孔,而滴落入浮桶水槽,从而对浮桶进行临时配重,降低浮桶的敏感度,实现浮桶升降的稳定性。
然而,这一类带水槽的储水浮桶方案具有其缺陷:当来自进水口的水压较小时,导流孔流出的水量极少,从而对浮桶的配重就难于实现,所以,不同的水压,会造成浮桶的止水高度无法一致,其最终水位不稳定。
实用新型内容
针对以上浮桶配重在水压小时无法实现的问题,本实用新型提出一种储水浮桶的进水结构,技术方案如下:
一种储水浮桶的进水结构,包括进水口、出水管和带有存水槽的储水浮桶,其特征在于所述进水口具有一经过所述出水管的通道,该通道具有一储水腔和一导流孔,所述导流孔连通所述储水腔和所述出水管外壁。
作为本实用新型的优选方案,可以作如下改进:
所述导流孔末端可具有一导流片,所述导流片竖直安装,其末端独立悬空于所述储水浮桶的水槽口上方。
所述储水腔可为一环状槽;该储水腔的最低点可位于所述导流口处。所述进水口垂直于所述出水管,且安装在出水管的偏心处。
所述储水腔位于所述出水管的上下部联接处,所述导流片位于所述导流孔出水口处。
所述储水浮桶上的存水槽还可具有出水孔。所述出水管内壁在所述储水腔下方还可具有收口台阶。
本实用新型带来的有益效果是:
由于储水腔的存在,使得从进水口而来的水部分因为重力的缘故收集在储水腔内,保证有足够的水量通过导流孔流出出水管外壁,再进入下方的储水浮桶的存水槽;同时若采用导流片引流,使得在水压很小的情况下,这部分水量可以被充分引流进入存水槽,从而能有效为浮桶配重,提高稳定性。
储水腔位于出水管上下部连接处,从而紧靠进水口,而导流片根部不低于储水腔的高度,使得从进水口收集的水流滴落至储水浮桶之前的行程最短,这样的设计使浮桶得到及时配重。
存水槽上的出水孔使得其存水在一定时间内排空,从而使浮桶及时恢复浮力。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,为一个运用了本实施例的阀门,分别是顶视和左视图;图3是图1中沿A-A线的剖视图。如图1、图2和图3所示,1是储水腔、2是导流片、5是出水管、6是储水浮桶、7是存水槽,其中导流片2在水槽7的竖直方向以上,其中箭头均表示水流方向。
图4是图3中B部分的放大图,更清晰地呈现各部件的位置关系。1是环形储水腔,2是导流片、3导流孔、4是进水口、5是出水管,51是出水管上部件、52是出水管下部件、21是导流片2末端的凸起,此末端凸起21独立悬空正对浮桶6上的存水槽7。
储水腔1是由出水管下部件52的顶端面与出水管上部件51内壁面构成,从虚线可看出此环形储水腔1的环体底面为倾斜状态,其最低端位于导流孔3的位置;储水腔1、导流孔3和导流片2均紧靠进水口4。
图4中的箭头也表示水流方向,如图所示,由于储水腔1处在下落水流的必经之路,因此来自进水口4的水流,在相对于出水管5的偏心位置冲出,沿着管壁流下,基本上全部都会经过储水腔1,此时储水腔1的底部环面由于是倾斜状态,所收集到腔内的水就会沿着环体滑向导流孔3,从而沿着导流片2,从导流片2末端凸起21滴落入存水槽7中,如图中箭头所示。在低水压时,由于环形储水腔具有足够的有效面积,所以可以有效收集进水口4和垂直吹水管5顶端管壁的水流,从而最大限度地保证对浮桶6的配重。
另一方面,储水腔1位于所述出水管5的上下部联接处,所述导流片2根部不低于所述储水腔1的水平高度因此储水腔1、和导流片2靠得很近,而导流孔3处于最短的状态,如此,使得水流从储水腔1流到导流片2的末端其行程最短,保证了浮桶及时得到配重。
如图3所示,储水浮桶6上的存水槽7底部具有小孔8,使得存水槽7中用于配重的水存留不会太长,从而使浮桶的浮力及时恢复。

Claims (8)

1.一种储水浮桶的进水结构,包括进水口、出水管和带有存水槽的储水浮桶,其特征在于所述进水口具有一经过所述出水管的通道,该通道具有一储水腔和一导流孔,所述导流孔连通所述储水腔和所述出水管外壁。
2.如权利要求1所述一种储水浮桶的进水结构,其特征在于所述导流孔末端具有一导流片,该导流片竖直安装,其末端独立悬空于所述储水浮桶的水槽口上方。
3.如权利要求1所述一种储水浮桶的进水结构,其特征在于所述储水腔为一环状槽。
4.如权利要求3所述一种储水浮桶的进水结构,其特征在于所述储水腔的最低点与所述导流孔连通。
5.如权利要求1所述一种储水浮桶的进水结构,其特征在于所述进水口垂直于所述出水管,且安装在所述出水管的偏心处。
6.如权利要求2所述一种储水浮桶的进水结构,其特征在于所述储水腔位于所述出水管的上下部联接处,所述导流片位于所述导流孔出水口处。
7.如权利要求1至6任一项所述一种储水浮桶的进水结构,其特征在于所述储水浮桶上的存水槽具有出水孔。
8.如权利要求1所述一种储水浮桶的进水结构,其特征在于所述出水管内壁在所述储水腔下方具有收口台阶。
