如图1所示。一种蛋糕盒底盘，其结构包括底层盘1和上层盘，所述的上层盘设有多个独立的扇形小盘2，如果蛋糕是提前切好的，可以直接将每个小盘带蛋糕单独拿出；如果蛋糕是整个的，在切蛋糕时按照扇形小盘2的边缘切，然后直接端走扇形小盘2，不破坏蛋糕造型，也不会将奶油抹得到处都是，非常方便。
