具体实施方式
如图1所示。一种组合切西瓜刀具，包括旋刀1、切割刀和剥离板5，所述的旋刀1为V型，具有一定弹性，类似传统的镊子，旋刀1顶端为刀刃，前端具有弧度。所述的切割刀的刀架2为圆形，刀架2上方设有把手3，刀架2上固定多个刀片4，所有刀片4平行排列；所述的剥离板5为S形薄板，用来将西瓜从瓜皮上剥离。
使用该组合切西瓜刀具切割西瓜，先将西瓜切成两半，再一手握住旋刀1上端，将其两个刀刃顺着西瓜瓤的边缘插入西瓜底部，另一只手按住西瓜并旋转西瓜，将瓜瓤与瓜皮分离，只有底部有少量连接。把切割刀插入瓜瓤直至底部，再将切割刀旋转90度再次插入瓜瓤，将瓜瓤分割为四方形的小块。最后用剥离板5将剩余的少量与瓜皮连接的瓜瓤剥离开，将半圆形的瓜皮内已经切好的小块的瓜瓤倒入碗中食用即可。
