公知的后驱动电动轿车均采用驱动电机通过变速器和差速器连接驱动轮,这样不仅结构复杂,也占用了轿车的有限空间,给电池和电控装置的布置造成困难。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种适用于后驱动电动轿车的轮毂电机,该电机置于轿车后驱动轮的轮毂内,盘式制动器的动盘设置在与外转子连接的端盖上,制动钳固定在桥轴法兰盘上。
本实用新型采取的技术方案是:
转子为外转子,轮毂与外转子相连接,外转子与轮毂轴承连接。
定子芯片通过定子铁芯与桥轴相连接,定子芯片槽中的线圈引出的导线通过桥轴上的法兰盘开孔导出。
将盘式制动器的动盘设置在与外转子连接的端盖上,制动钳固定在桥轴法兰盘上。
本实用新型与现有技术相比其有益之处在于:充分利用了轿车的空间,电机直接与驱动轮相连接提高了传动效率。

图1中,外转子(1)固定在轮毂(14)内,磁钢(2)通过粘合剂与外转子(1)粘合,外转子(1)内侧通过螺栓(15)与端盖(11)连接,端盖(11)与制动盘(10)连接,制动钳(9)固定在桥轴(13)的法兰盘上,
外转子(1)外侧与轮毂轴承(8)通过螺栓(7)连接,定子芯片(3)与定子铁芯(5)压固在一起,定子铁芯(5)的端盘部分与桥轴(13)的法兰盘连接,其开孔(12)与桥轴(13)的法兰盘开孔相对。定子芯片(3)槽中的线圈(4)引出的导线(6)通过桥轴(13)的法兰盘上开孔(12)导出。

1.一种适用于后驱动电动轿车的轮毂电机,包括外转子、定子芯片、制动盘,其特征在于:
该电机置于轿车后驱动轮的轮毂内,盘式制动器的动盘设置在与外转子连接的端盖上,
2.根据权利要求1所述的轮毂电机,其特征在于:外转子固定在轮毂内,磁钢通过粘合剂与外转子粘合,外转子内侧通过螺栓与端盖连接,外转子外侧与轮毂轴承通过螺栓连接,定子芯片与定子铁芯压固在一起,定子铁芯的端盘部分与桥轴的法兰盘连接,其开孔与桥轴的法兰盘开孔相对,定子芯片槽中的线圈引出的导线通过桥轴的法兰盘上开孔导出,端盖与制动盘连接,制动钳固定在桥轴的法兰盘上。
