背景技术
现阶段的光学冷加工行业中,进行玻璃镜片之间的粘合需使用偏心显微镜。目前大多数偏心显微镜的目镜光轴与主镜筒光轴设计在同一条直线上,作业员观测偏心显微镜时必须低头竖直观测,容易产生作业疲劳。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、实用性强,消除疲劳的偏心显微镜的光轴转向装置。
本实用新型通过下列技术方案来解决:包括偏心显微镜的主镜筒和目镜筒,其中在偏心显微镜的主镜筒与目镜筒之间加装一个半五棱镜座,并在半五棱镜座上装一片半五棱镜相配合,使得由主镜筒射出的光线通过半五棱镜后偏转45°进入目镜筒。

具体实施方式
如图所示,在偏心显微镜的主镜筒1的光线出射端安装一个半五棱镜座2,在半五棱镜座2上固定安装一片半五棱镜3,在半五棱镜座2的光线出射端安装有目镜筒4。工作时,由主镜筒1竖直向上射出的光线通过半五棱镜3之后偏转45°进入目镜筒4。作业员观测偏心显微镜时,只需将头倾斜45°即可进行观测,有效缓解了疲劳。
综上所述,本实用新型具有结构简单,实用性强,有效缓解疲劳的特点。
