本实用新型公开了一种机械密码锁的换码机构,包括设置在密码锁本体上的功能按键和两排密码数字按键,还包括换码齿条、中间齿轮、设有换码钥匙孔的换码锁芯、换码齿轮组件,功能按键包括一复位按键,换码齿轮组件包括换码齿轮、密码控制片,在换码齿轮上设有重置密码的凹槽,密码控制片插入在换码齿轮的凹槽中形成密码重置位置,在密码控制片与换码齿轮之间还设有无密码位置,在换码齿条上设有左直齿条和右直齿条,换码齿条与对应一排的换码齿轮相啮合,中间齿轮与换码锁芯同轴连接且与其中相对的两个换码齿轮相啮合,在各按键下面设有一块活动钢片。本实用新型更换密码不用拆下任何部件,换码方便快捷灵活可靠,而且防破解密码性能强。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及密码锁技术领域,具体来说是一种机械密码锁的换码机构。
背景技术
目前,人们使用的机械密码锁的密码保密性能较差,而且在更换密码时较为麻烦,如原来的换码方式在单个按键换码时需要拆锁才能换码,故极为麻烦,特别是密码信息量大的机械密码锁的换码机构,结构较为复杂,易于发生故障,使用寿命不长,另外防破解密码性能不强,容易被盗贼破解。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种机械密码锁的换码机构,更换密码不用拆下任何部件,换码方便快捷灵活可靠。
进一步的目的是有效防止外力利用按键虚位间隙对锁具密码进行破解,增强防破解密码性能。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现。
一种机械密码锁的换码机构的换码机构,包括设置在密码锁本体上的功能按键和两排密码数字按键,功能按键包括一复位按键,其特征在于:所述换码机构还包括换码齿条、中间齿轮、设有换码钥匙孔的换码锁芯、连接在每一个密码数字按键上的换码齿轮组件,换码齿轮组件包括换码齿轮、密码控制片,在换码齿轮上设有重置密码的凹槽,密码控制片插入在换码齿轮的凹槽中形成密码重置位置,在密码控制片与换码齿轮之间还设有无密码位置,所述换码齿条上设有齿尖左右相对设置的左直齿条和右直齿条,换码齿条上的左直齿条和右直齿条分别与对应一排的换码齿轮相啮合,换码锁芯与中间齿轮同轴连接,中间齿轮与其中相对的两个换码齿轮相啮合。
所述换码齿轮由齿轮和连接在齿轮的两端面上的同轴圆柱体构成一个整体,在换码齿轮上设有阶梯形同轴孔,所述凹槽设置在换码齿轮一端的圆柱体上,在换码齿轮的阶梯同轴孔内同轴安装有一筒状的阶梯转轴,在阶梯转轴上与凹槽相应的一端设有卡槽,凹槽的槽宽与阶梯转轴上的卡槽的槽宽相等,密码控制片的两侧设有上凸起和下凸起,上凸起和下凸起之间设有间隔距离,密码控制片的两侧的上凸起和下凸起的厚度均小于换码齿轮上的贯穿槽的槽宽,密码控制片安装在阶梯转轴的筒腔内,密码控制片的两侧的下凸起可伸入凹槽内。
所述功能按键和两排密码数字按键的各按键下面设有一块防破密码的活动钢片,活动钢片上设有与面板上的密码数字按键孔和功能按键孔相对应的按键孔,各按键孔均与一锁槽连通,锁槽的宽度小于各按键的宽度,相应一排的各按键孔通过锁槽相互连通,活动钢片可移动。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1)本实用新型由于密码锁本体内设有更换密码的换码机构,将原来的单个按键换码需拆锁换码的换码方式改进为现在锁外更换密码方式,不用任何工具,不用拆开门锁,只要用锁具附带的专用钥匙插在更换密码的钥匙孔里顺时针旋转一定角度后,就可以按自己想设置的密码任意更换,方便快捷,灵活可靠。
2)由于密码锁本体内还设有防破密码钢片,防破密码钢片是安装在按键下面的一块活动片,如外力在旋转开锁把手旋钮时,所有按键都会被防破密码钢片锁住,不能按下,这样有效防止了外力利用按键虚位间隙对锁具密码的破解。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型机械密码锁的换码机构作进一步详细描述。
如图1-2所示,使用本实用新型换码机构的机械密码锁一般包括密码锁本体及锁体的附属零部件,密码锁本体的外侧面板1上安装有把手旋钮3,内侧盖板13上安装有内门把手旋钮8和主销座7,在密码锁本体上设有功能按键和两排密码数字按键2,其中内侧盖板13、外侧面板1、锁腔侧壁构成构成密码锁本体之锁腔,外侧面板1与锁腔侧壁的前端连接,内侧盖板13固定在锁腔侧壁的后端,锁腔内设有基座板14,在外侧面板1上设有两排密码数字按键孔和功能按键孔,在外侧面板1上的密码数字按键孔安装有前述密码按键,外侧面板1上的功能按键孔内安装有前述功能按键,其中功能按键包括一复位键4,在外侧面板1上设有把手旋钮孔,把手旋钮3安装在外侧面板1上的把手旋钮孔内。
如图3-6所示,本实用新型的换码机构包括换码齿条12、中间齿轮5、设有换码钥匙孔的换码锁芯6、连接在每一个密码数字按键2上的换码齿轮组件,换码齿轮组件包括换码齿轮10、密码控制片9,在换码齿轮10上设有重置密码的凹槽101,密码控制片9插入在换码齿轮10的凹槽101中形成密码重置位置,在密码控制片9与换码齿轮10之间还设有无密码位置,在图3中,换码齿条12上设有齿尖左右相对设置的左直齿条和右直齿条,换码齿条12上的左直齿条和右直齿条分别与对应一排的换码齿轮相啮合,换码锁芯6与中间齿轮5同轴连接,中间齿轮5与其中相对的两个换码齿轮相啮合。其中换码齿轮10由齿轮和连接在齿轮的两端面上的同轴圆柱体构成,在换码齿轮上设有一阶梯形同轴孔,在换码齿轮10上一端的圆柱体上设有直接贯穿圆柱体壁面的前述凹槽101,换码齿轮的阶梯同轴孔内同轴安装有一筒状的阶梯转轴102,在阶梯转轴102上与凹槽101相应的一端设有卡槽103,即是凹槽101与卡槽103位于同一侧或者说是同一端。换码齿轮10上的凹槽101的槽宽与阶梯转轴102上的卡槽103的槽宽相等,密码控制片9安装在阶梯转轴102的筒腔内,密码控制片9的两侧设有相间隔开的上凸起91和下凸起92,密码控制片9的两侧的两个凸起的厚度小于换码齿轮10上的凹槽101的槽宽,密码控制片9的两侧的下凸起92伸入换码齿轮上的凹槽101时,密码控制片9与换码齿轮10可做同步转动,密码控制片9的两侧的下凸起92脱离换码齿轮上的凹槽101时,密码控制片9与阶梯转轴102做同步转动,而换码齿轮10不转动。在换码齿条12的上面还设有推动板11,推动板11上设有与各密码控制片9下凸起92对应的凹台,只要密码控制片9上的下凸起92上升至凹台上,推动板11便可推动换码齿轮10转动。
如图7-9,在密码锁本体内还设有防破密码钢片,防破密码钢片为一块活动片15,安装在功能按键和两排密码数字按键2的各按键下面,活动片15上设有与面板上的密码数字按键孔和功能按键孔相对应的按键孔151,各按键孔151均与一锁槽152连通,锁槽152的宽度小于各按键2的宽度,相应一排的各按键孔通过各自连通的锁槽相互连通,在把手旋钮的根部设有圆柱16,在圆柱上设有两凸起161,活动片15的一端设有一圆弧面153,把手旋钮的根部的圆柱16的轴线与活动片15上的圆弧面中心线重合。
本实用新型机械密码锁的换码机构的换码程序是:一)开锁--正确输人密码锁所设置的密码,旋转开门的把手旋钮3,门锁开启;二)关门--不受锁具控制;三)更换密码:1)输入正确的旧密码;2)将锁具所配的换码钥匙插入背面的换码钥匙孔61,顺时针旋转270°;3)输入新的密码;4)反时针旋转换码钥匙,(回到开始位置,拔出钥匙)换码完成。如图3,用锁具配置的专用钥匙插入换码钥匙孔61内,输入原密码后,再重新设置新的密码具体动作原理如下:
1)在按下正确的旧密码键后,密码控制片9插入在换码齿轮10的凹槽中;
2)旋转换码钥匙6,经中间齿轮5带动换码齿条12,使换码齿轮10在齿条12的驱动下旋转(0°-270°),密码控制片9返回无码位置;
3)按下复位键4后,锁具所有密码键均为无码位置;
4)输入新密码。使密码控制片9按输入的密码位置重新插入换码齿轮10中;
5)旋转换码钥匙6,经中间齿轮5带动换码齿条12,使换码齿轮10在齿条12的驱动下旋转(270°-0°),密码控制片9按所设置的密码生成新密码。
如图8、9,防破密码钢片正如前述是安装在按键下面的活动片15,因此它会随开锁把手旋钮3的旋转而移动,当旋扭转到一定角度时,活动片15会自动锁住各按键。其动作原理如下:
1)把手旋钮3没有旋转时,各按键按键可以从活动片15的按键孔151自由按下;
2)当外力旋转把手旋钮3时,圆柱16即旋扭扣也跟随把手旋转,推动防破密码钢片向前移动;
3)当把手旋钮3旋转一定角度后,防破密码钢片移动,使按键孔与各按键错开,当再次按下按键时,按键不能通过锁槽152而被防破密码钢片挡住,无法再重新设置密码。

1.一种机械密码锁的换码机构,包括设置在密码锁本体上的功能按键和两排密码数字按键,功能按键包括一复位按键,其特征在于:所述换码机构还包括换码齿条、中间齿轮、设有换码钥匙孔的换码锁芯、连接在每一个密码数字按键上的换码齿轮组件,换码齿轮组件包括换码齿轮、密码控制片,在换码齿轮上设有重置密码的凹槽,密码控制片插入在换码齿轮的凹槽中形成密码重置位置,在密码控制片与换码齿轮之间还设有无密码位置,所述换码齿条上设有齿尖左右相对设置的左直齿条和右直齿条,换码齿条上的左直齿条和右直齿条分别与对应一排的换码齿轮相啮合,换码锁芯与中间齿轮同轴连接,中间齿轮与其中相对的两个换码齿轮相啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机械密码锁的换码机构,其特征在于:所述换码齿轮由齿轮和连接在齿轮的两端面上的同轴圆柱体构成一个整体,在换码齿轮上设有阶梯形同轴孔,所述凹槽设置在换码齿轮一端的圆柱体上,在换码齿轮的阶梯同轴孔内同轴安装有一筒状的阶梯转轴,在阶梯转轴上与凹槽相应的一端设有卡槽,凹槽的槽宽与阶梯转轴上的卡槽的槽宽相等,密码控制片的两侧设有上凸起和下凸起,上凸起和下凸起之间设有间隔距离,密码控制片的两侧的上凸起和下凸起的厚度均小于换码齿轮上的贯穿槽的槽宽,密码控制片安装在阶梯转轴的筒腔内,密码控制片的两侧的下凸起可伸入凹槽内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的机械密码锁的换码机构,其特征在于:所述功能按键和两排密码数字按键的各按键下面设有一块防破密码的活动钢片,活动钢片上设有与面板上的密码数字按键孔和功能按键孔相对应的按键孔,各按键孔均与一锁槽连通,锁槽的宽度小于各按键的宽度,相应一排的各按键孔通过锁槽相互连通,活动钢片可移动。
